This is the second time I have had them come over, once for my furnace maintenance and this time to replace my water heater. Both times they were very professional and answered all my questions. Prices are not bad, you might be able to get someone cheaper, but you might not get a quick response and quality of work. I highly recommend this company.

A new faucet had been installed but the sink plug did not work properly. Tech came and figured out how to repair it immediately and creatively as warranty. Works great!

That plumber's arrival made my day. I've been able to use the shower regularly again, and it works wonderfully for my plumbing needs.

Old house Water leak in the crawl space …and new faucet Dave ( super chill and matter of fact )gave us lowest cost options and his recommendation..we want with his recommendation which after all said and done reminded me not to try DIY …short cuts do not save time or money in the long run. Dennis and Mikey were exceptional and professional (work order 219379). I originally called about an outlet installation but when Dennis took a look at the panel, he identified multiple issues with it and advised me that it needed to be replaced. Just a couple days later, they showed up and did the work super clean and super fast. I expected them to be here through the evening but they were out by 4pm! The new panel is beautiful and up to code now, and they also installed a car charger and replaced some faulty wired outlets in my kitchen! Beacon has always been wonderful service for me, and Dennis and Mikey are exemplars of professionalism!

Emerald city sewer was great! They identified the issue, did not try to oversell me, were super friendly and completed the job in a timely manner. I feel well taken care of as a client...I put their number on my fridge for the future!

I'm not a customer (yet), but I work at a neighboring business. We had a project where we needed some help fast, and the employees here took a moment to help us out. So 5 stars for being really good neighbors. I expect they're even nicer to customers, so they'll be my first call when I need a plumber, too.

They charged me 487.00 for 30 min just to snake are kitchen sink.I question if their was a exchange because it was Sunday asked if there were any discounts was told no on both accounts. I live in Seattle and I am going to get Jessie from channel 7 news to look into 30 min of work for 500 dollars and my husband is retired military shame on you Roto Rooter

Arash at Ridgid Plumbing provided an exceptional response to my plumbing issues (leaking shower head, frozen main water valve to the house). He came out to my house quickly, managing to work it into other local jobs. It was reassuring to deal directly with the business owner directly (Arash), who explained the service and costs, ordered the non-standard parts required and tracked their delivery. When the parts had arrived, he sent out a skillful and conscientious plumber to perform the work.

Brandon showed up at ten pm after a day that started at eight a.m. He was professional and polite, swift, and probably underpaid.
I’m totally satisfied with the purchase and recommend this business.

I recently had repipe done by Nick’s team. Overall he did a good job. They finished the job in one day. There were a few things left behind. When I contacted Nick, he took responsibilities and came back to take care of things right away. He seems to hold himself to higher standards as compared with some other plumbers I worked with in the past. It is an expensive project and I hope it can last for decades. Nick also provides a warranty to his job.

Steve seemed to be a competent and personable technician and did a good job. The only problem was the cost - absolutely outrageous.

When my outdoor water spigot broke off, Zoltan came to the rescue! Zoltan was professional, responsive and arrived the same day to make the repairs. His prices are unbeatable and he is fully licensed, insured and bonded. Zoltan was able to make the repairs in under two hours and we had our water back on before it became a huge burden.

PJ and the team came to the rescue for me. My home ran into a serious plumbing issue, with a sewer line that needed to be replaced. Our whole household was in emergency mode — we couldn't take a shower, flush, or even wash our hands normally.

PJ and the team went well beyond the call of duty, working late into the night on a holiday weekend to get us operational again. They didn't have to do that — but I am so appreciative that they did!
