I use Fox because the techs always show that they actually care about their work and the well being of me and my housing issues. They are very knowledgeable and always explain what it is they are doing and are thinking. They give me options and avenues to best tackle current problems and to prevent future problems.

Service available same day, Mike is very polite and personable, didn't mind keeping me up to date as the work progressed. Provided alternatives and priced them out for me to choose. Very thorough, cleaned up carefully, allowed me to add additional tasks after arrival. Checked up every task before calling the job done. Highly recommend!

My home experienced a significant pipe burst, so I'm glad I hired this emergency plumber. He arrived right away and gave me a very affordable fix for the problem. He even came out the following morning to repair some more issues I was having without charging me extra!

Called early in the morning to repair a leaky dishwasher hose dripping water into my basement and walls. A plumber was immediately assigned to our case that was on standby and showed up within 45 minutes. Austyn was super helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous throughout the entire process. He was able to quickly identify the issue, remedy, and tested to ensure the issue was fixed. All in all a superior experience and would recommend them to anyone.

Will and Shorty from Beacon did an amazing job. They arrived quickly, explained the options thoroughly, and did an excellent job installing my new water heater. My old water heater had broken and flooded the room so I was really stressed. They were very kind and comforting, which I really appreciated. I’d highly recommend Beacon.

Outstanding customer service and workmanship. Owner (Arash) immediately replied to my after hours inquiry and sent the skilled and personable plumber (Reza) to quickly and correctly locate a cracked drain intersection in my crawl space. This required using multiple couplings to customize a perfect fitting replacement and adding hangers to support the joint better and prevent a repeat. It was worth the higher-than-handyman cost which was still well below what the big corporate plumbing outfits would have charged. I'm keeping the Rigid Plumbing and Drain Services contact info because I plan to call again next time I need plumbing help.

We had Nick and his crew replace older (1968) galvanized pipes with new lines for all of the fixtures. The water pressure had gotten extremely low from all of the buildup in the older galvanized pipes.
We had quotes from several other places and found Nick's price very fair and thorough. We were concerned about being able to access some of the pipes in the wall and he and his crew did a great job of minimizing the holes and repairing where they needed to cut. We can't even see now where it was.

The water pressure is now like a brand new house.

We highly recommend them.

We called this Puget Sound Plumbing last June 2021 in WA and my husband inquired if they know how to install a FLUSHMATE TANK and they said, Yes! Their office sent their guys. One is the main Lead, Matt and his right hand guy. Before Matt installed the Black Tank, I ask for a quote and he quoted me $1,000 + just to install it. I thought it was a ripped off but I still hired him just to install it since it’s a brand new one sent by the company (FLUSHMATE) . He followed the instruction in the box. So happy , our tank was install . I asked how long is the guarantee . He said, 3 months.

After 1 month and a half, our Flushmate tank is leaking and could not hold the water inside. In the contract, the labor said , a 3 month job warranty but not the parts. I understand , it doesn’t cover the parts but if you are professional , your job would last at least 10 years because, he charged me $ 1,000 to install it. That’s a lot of money !! The tank is brand new one fresh from the box!!

This afternoon, I called for their service again and inquired about the guy who came last June because, he installed it, anyway! Their labor is supposed to be 3 months warranty but it didn’t fulfill their contract. That same guy who installed it, my nephew said, “ he only looked at it and didn’t even check it or something. My nephew asked him, how much would it fix ? The Plumber said, to fix it, it would cost us $1,400 to buy a new one again and install it! My nephew didn’t accept it because… it’s a rip off!!! I called their office again and talk to their Manager, Chris!! He said, I had to pay their technician if they fix my black tank! He said, our tank needs to be replaced! What???? That’s a brand néw one ! Did the technician even bother to check the inside of the tank or the handle? Nope!!! I was so upset with this company and not happy how this Manager try yo rip us off too!!! Never will I recommend their service!!!

Bobby was able to come to our rescue within 20 minutes and quickly change a leaky valve and the price was right!

Throughout the process Raman was very helpful and reassuring. He explained everything in detail prior to any work and also explained the cost and variables. The leak was found after some investigative work annd successfully fixed. We've been lucky that this was the first unknown plumbing issue for this house. Trying a new service company always makes you wary. With this company you don't have to worry. Will definitely use again.
