Jesus and Liam are awesome technicians! They arrived within 1 hour of my phone call to Beacon, and quickly found and diagnosed where the leak was coming from. They worked quickly and respectfully, and shared information with me as they worked. Jesus explained clearly what the job expectations and cost would include. I am very happy with the service I received and would definitely call them again with any future needs!

Just a quick note to all looking for an honest plumber....STAY AWAY from Pioneer Plumbing. We had work completed by Pioneer on a renovation 2 years ago (in addition to a previous remodel on another home). A YEAR after the completion of the remodel, they sent my husband and I a bill for $2800. Seeing as how there was no way to verify what work was done or (even after asking numerous times for proof of additional work completed that we did not already pay for) we finally agreed to pay them half the amount of the bill in good faith since we were generally happy with their work and so that we could all end the relationship on a positive note. Since we never heard anything back, I assumed the matter was settled.

Fast forward to today, and I have a plumbing issue with the pipe they installed. I called the office and they are not willing to come back and work on their very own installation. They explained that they don't guarantee their work after a year anyways, and that they refuse to work with us anymore.

Save yourself from the frustration....and bills coming A YEAR after completion of a job. What a shame--thought I had found a good one :(. Terrible, short sided, customer service.

Had a broken ejection pump in the basement and the basin started overflowing. They came out on an emergency call within a couple hours and had it fixed in a couple more. Very happy with the job.

Richard showed up on time - did a very good job with our bathroom drain. Was very patient and worked till the problem got much better. I generally do not do reviews - but this was very good.

They were the lowest price by thousands of the three quotes we received, they did an amazing job, and were very professional. We are completely satisfied with their work, and have confidence that the constant head-ache we had with leaky pipes are behind us. Awesome job!

I have hired Joe twice now and both times, he did an excellent job. Communication with he and his wife was always very easy, costs were transparent, jobs done well, and he's even given me tips on how to fix simple things myself without needing to pay for it. He explains everything thoroughly and in terms that I can understand. I am always happy to support this family-run business and can't recommend them enough.

We had several plumbers come out to fix a leaky Kohler shower/tub valve, and all of them told us we'd have to cut a hole through our shower enclosure to replace the whole thing.

We called Joe from TSCO from a recommendation from a friend, and he was great. He let us e-mail photos of the valve to him and he arrived with the necessary parts already in hand, and there was no need to cut a hole in the shower. He also squeezed us in two days early, too! The end result? Our valve is no longer leaking. Plus, he fixed a rust stain in the tub and replaced a toilet flapper while he was here.

Joe is very thorough, knowledgeable and does a quality job. He's more expensive than some other plumbers we called, but clearly you get what you pay for. TSCO is definitely our plumber of choice!

So, got a call at work that water is backing up the toilet at the house. So I left work, came home, called first plumbing company that I've used, no answer. So I called Mr. Rooter, this is the 3rd time I've use them. They said they'd be at my place within 30-45 min. Ross showed up all masked up right on cue, social distancing and all. I was masked up, so I appreciated that. Ross was super polite and friendly. He got right down to business by asking me questions. Luckily or not, this happened before, so I kinda knew what was up. My main Sewer line wasn't draining right so he went and got the Snake Machine out, plugged the power to the house and he started his business of snaking the line. He did 2 passes, unlike the last guy, sorry, but he was from the same company, which is why I had called another plumbing company first. First pass, yikes, a lot of tree roots all tangled up. He decided to do the 2nd pass with a bigger blade just to be sure, Yea! nothing. Gotta love that, attention to detail.He called their office but was told that the technicians with the cameras won't be able to come out. So, they'll be by in the next couple of days to film inside the sewer line, then they'll send me a video. If they see something amiss, Ross said he'll come back and fix it. They'll also email me a summary of what they saw and what they did. He also said that within a year if it starts backing up, he will come out and fix it. Wow! a guarantee of workmanship. That is awesome!During the whole time, I'm peppering him with questions about products and maintenance issues. All the while he's snaking, he answered my questions and offered advise and feedback on all of my concerns. He was done in no time, got his tools and excused himself so he can sanitize the iPad. I signed on the dotted line and he was off.Now they may not be the cheapest Plumbing company out there, but I don't know if you really want that for your plumbing needs. You need honest professionals that do their job right the first time, with Honesty and Integrity, trust me, you'll sleep better at night. And Ross from Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Seattle (actually, their office in Burien) is just that type of a professional. Thank you Ross, I appreciate you for being my plumber today. Keep up the good work!
