Gabriel came by on a Saturday at late notice and fixed a leak in our hot water line, working quickly and providing useful information to help balance between possible remediations.

We’ve had Emerald City out a few times and every time they make the process so smooth. They are always on time, easy to reach out to with questions and always willing to go above and beyond with help. I’ve also recommended them to other friends and family and they are always grateful I passed over such a good contact. My sing clogged on Christmas Eve. They got someone to me within two hours and it’s back up and running again. They didn’t charge extra for the holiday, but make sure to brace a little for the price of the service and labor. 😜 Overall pleased.

This plumbing team went above and beyond!!! They were willing to work with my warranty company as an outside reimbursement which was difficult to find. They drove to North Bend from Bellvue. Paul and the entire Budget team are solid, careful, effective, insightful professionals. They designed a solution to my 100 year old side sewer after a complete blockage. Bursting the pipe around 2 90 degree turns with a total run of almost 125', their work preserved my deck frame and saved thousands vs. retrenching. Their bid was quick and fair. I manage field specialists and after watching their entire process end-to-end, there just aren't any suggestions for improvement. I will not ever shop for another sewer & drain company again. Top shelf company.

Evan was professional and super polite. He found a leaky water pipe leading to my bathtub faucet and was able to repair the pipe behind the shower wall without draining and moving my water heater and cutting into the wall. Nicely done!

Had them out for a sewer line clean out. Felt like the person was trying to up sell me, from the moment he saw the issue, like he was trying to lay the concept that it might not clear. Didn’t seem right. After spending about an hour, he didn’t have success. That cost us over $500. Next the supervisor comes and runs the camera (included in the clean out cost.) And then determines that we need a new exterior two way clean out installed, for over $5000.00! Nope, not without another opinion. Called Rotor Rooter the next day, had to pay another $600.00 but the guy worked for over two hours and ultimately was able to clear our line. Just saying…

They did a great job with a leaking supply line! It was old and corroded they came out and swapped it out for me. Happy with the price and the quality of work .
