James and Mike were professional and on time. Very response service, came the day after I called for help. Had a massively clogged drain and James took care of this efficiently and quickly. My first time using Beacon and will call them on future needs.

My Service Technician was Scott Thomas he came out to fix our broken downstairs toilet. Scott arrived in a timely fashion and provided friendly, efficient and informative service. Akers did an amazing job fixing the waterline in front of my house. They replaced the whole pipe. I was expecting my lawn to be a disaster zone afterwords since they needed to dig to get to the existing pipe and put in the new one, but after they finished you couldn't even tell they had dug anything.

They were fast, friendly, and charged an extremely reasonable amount. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing work.

Amazing service and workmanship! Called Premier Plumbing to fix a water heater issue we had. They were able to get me on the schedule pretty fast. The gentleman who came out went above and beyond to help to assist the situation the best way he can so we could have hot water. I have worked with Prima on several occasions at (2) different homes (one in Seattle and one in Edmonds). All three plumbers that I have worked with have always completed the work on-time and for the amount quoted. Work completed for me:
- Natural Gas Piping (2) different homes
- Washer Rough-in (2) different homes
- master bath renovation - full redesign
- guest bath renovation - all new fixtures
- Kitchen fixture replacement - sink, DW, added water for ice maker, added pot filler, new gas cook top
- new gas hot water heater install
- hose bib replacement

*While in Seattle, my plumbing inspector would rarely even review the work that was permitted because he knew Prima and commented they always do first rate work.

I will only use Prima as my plumbing contractor.

They told us they will replace a part in our water heater, instead they replaced the whole unit with one in their own inventory charging us for double the price for the same unit in the market. They took our original unit with themselves and after we asked them to return it the day after, they said they have tossed it out! We emailed them and asked questions about the unit replacement without our consent, and they called my husband and threatened him of consequences! So in short, we got a fast service, but we paid double price, we lost our own unit (which only needed a part to come back to life), and we were threatened the same day for asking questions about their decision.

I had Zesbro Plumbing fix my leaking faucet. They showed up on time an =d the tech was very friendly. Great price compared to other companies I called. I will for sure ne using them again.
