Our service from RotoRooter was rather protracted. First, a guy came out within a couple of hours of my call on a Saturday evening. Great! He was not able to ascertain why nothing in our bathrooms was draining, so he recommended having a guy come in with a camera snake. He called it in and told us the camera guy would be there between 8 and noon on Sunday. Great! The guy didn't show up until about 2:30 and I'm not going to ding him for that because I'm sure there's a pretty small crew working on Sundays. He found that our sewer line was totally clogged and recommended having it flushed out. Great! Monday I called to set it up and the soonest someone could come out was Wednesday. Not so great...especially since we'd been left with instructions to minimize water usage. No dish washing, no laundry, very short showers and drought rules for flushing the toilet. It was a pretty uncomfortable way to live and I wish we had been given a higher priority. However, the guy who flushed our line showed up during the window of time and did a great job. I'd give the whole experience 5 stars if it weren't for that wait.

We had our kitchen sink drain leak issues for a while which a handyman had installed previously. Armin was on-time, courteous, professional, and respectful. He was able to quickly fix the issue. I would definitely call on Armin for any future plumbing issues.

My toilet was leaking into the office below. On the plus side, they came quickly for a same day repair, and repaired it quickly and effectively. On the minus side, they charged between 2-3 times what appears to be the national average for the job (charged me $600 for replacement of wax ring seal, typically a $150-200 job). I did not have time to research the cost as I was trying to get repair done between seeing back to back psychotherapy clients, and couldn't wait to get another bid as it was leaking into downstairs space. Only afterward did I find out this was highway robbery. I've called 3 times to resolve, have only been told that because it was a singular job it cost more (?), and am still waiting to hear back from supervisor. Not OK.

We had Conner over for some general repairs. Not only did he do a great job, but he also had a wonderful demeanor. Highly recommend!

Putting in our new water line was not easy. Our sewer and our neighbor's sewer line were put in circa 1924, and they had sunk and risen over the years. Between data they got from the city, and scoping with a GPS linked sewer snake, Green Planet and their drilling partner did an amazing job avoiding the two sewer lines and a gas line to give us a new one inch water pipe that allows us to take a shower and not have the water die out if someone flushes a toilet or turns on the kitchen faucet. The materials they use are of the highest environment standard. Their high standards of preparation and execution are amazing. If you have an old house with a constricted water connection to replace, you can't go wrong with Tyler Brown and Green Planet Plumbing.

We called Green Planet Plumbing because of a water leak we discovered in our home. We didn’t know where the water was coming from, glad we called. They dispatched Eero out the same afternoon who quickly started the process of locating the issue. He even took the time to explain to us the process. Eero found the leak which was coming from the upstairs tub, made the repair, cleaned up and even discussed the invoice with us. Excellent work, we now have our plumber!

The City told me I was responsible for fixing a connection to their main sewer line located in the center of the street. Video footage of the broken connection was inconclusive as to who was responsible. Rob from Sewer Friendly, advocated tirelessly for me in meetings with the city, maintaining that the offset sewer line connection was due to the city’s defective wye. It wasn’t until the professional crew from Sewer Friendly did an amazing job of carefully excavating and exposing the city’s broken wye that The city assumed responsibility and repaired their faulty sewer main connection. The first company I received a bid from stated, “There is no way the city is going to assume responsibility for this!” Their bid was over double that of Sewer Friendly’s! Having sewer problems is stressful! I highly recommend Sewer Friendly to mitigate all your sewer needs. They are professional, friendly and treat you like family.

Our hot water heater started going out over the last several weeks. Given that our house is heated by radiators and we have a new baby, this was a serious problem. Because of the rarity of our unit, other plumbers flat out refused to even try to help us out. Not only did PlumbWorks take our calls at all hours of the night, but Nick actually spent the time required by the manufacturer to become a certified technician, just so that he could order a part for us, he didn't charge us a cent for that time. Nick and Marcus know their craft, and they are two of the nicest people you could meet. I highly recommend using PlumbWorks when you need to fix your water heaters; they do good work and they they charge a reasonable fee.

These folks are great and should be the first call you make for plumbing issues. We had a backed up kitchen sink yesterday and had compounded the problem by trying to fix it ourselves. I called at 4:15 PM, during a wicked wind and rain storm. Joe was at my house by 5. Problem solved and all cleaned up by 6:15. Just good, honest, reliable service here.

We had several plumbers come out to fix a leaky Kohler shower/tub valve, and all of them told us we'd have to cut a hole through our shower enclosure to replace the whole thing.

We called Joe from TSCO from a recommendation from a friend, and he was great. He let us e-mail photos of the valve to him and he arrived with the necessary parts already in hand, and there was no need to cut a hole in the shower. He also squeezed us in two days early, too! The end result? Our valve is no longer leaking. Plus, he fixed a rust stain in the tub and replaced a toilet flapper while he was here.

Joe is very thorough, knowledgeable and does a quality job. He's more expensive than some other plumbers we called, but clearly you get what you pay for. TSCO is definitely our plumber of choice!
