We noticed we had a leak in our laundry room, but couldn't find the source. We tried another plumbing company first, and they couldn't identify the source of the leak. And we ran around in circles for two weeks trying to get it fixed. So I started freakin' and called Beacon.Rick and his partner were amazing. They quickly diagnosed the issue, provided options, and educated me on my house. They were incredibly helpful and had the problem fixed the same day. Thank you both again!

The experience was just fine, the plumber knew what to do, he did it efficiently and effectively. I was charged $500 for him to use a 12v screwdriver with a snake attachment to pull gunk out of a pipe 3 feet long. The service was great, the cost was very excessive.

We had multiple problems with our sewer line, and needed the professional plumber to take care of it for us. One of the technicians from Ridgid came the same day and he explained me what is going on and how they are going to look in sewer line with their camera.
They showed up next day early morning and were able to finish the job before noon. Very responsible and professional.

In a sea of plumbing companies in our area, we are delighted to have found Bob Oates Sewer and Rooter Company. We have found them to be an honest and trustworthy company that we can rely on for various plumbing problems related to our 1909 house. The plumbers that have come to our house since 2016 have proven themselves to be friendly, knowledgeable and professional, and we appreciate that the estimates given us are reasonable and fair. We do not feel as though we are being taken advantage of like some other plumbing companies who seem more interested in making the most money than offering service and advice for a fair price. We plan to use Bob Oates Sewer and Rooter Company for our future plumbing needs and highly recommend them to those who treasure old fashioned service.

Nick and his team replaced our old galvanized pipes. They were respectful, professional and efficient, not to mention their bid was thousands less than some others and done in less than a day. They cut far fewer holes in our walls than some estimates projected and patched them well afterwards. I can't imagine a better experience. Would recommend to anyone looking to repipe their home.

Fixer helped me last minute to make repairs in my rental home and they were wonderful! They quickly identified the cheapest and best option to solve the issue, and when we had to pivot they made sure we took an approach that made sure would work for the long term. We had several plumbers come out to fix a leaky Kohler shower/tub valve, and all of them told us we'd have to cut a hole through our shower enclosure to replace the whole thing.

We called Joe from TSCO from a recommendation from a friend, and he was great. He let us e-mail photos of the valve to him and he arrived with the necessary parts already in hand, and there was no need to cut a hole in the shower. He also squeezed us in two days early, too! The end result? Our valve is no longer leaking. Plus, he fixed a rust stain in the tub and replaced a toilet flapper while he was here.

Joe is very thorough, knowledgeable and does a quality job. He's more expensive than some other plumbers we called, but clearly you get what you pay for. TSCO is definitely our plumber of choice!

We have worked with Jason at Rudy's for a long time. He is a caring person who tried hard to deliver the best work for a reasonable price.

Rudy's have made lots of changes to improve their business operations and they are dedicated to quality work. They also work hard are keeping their prices down in order to be an excellent value.

Their service area is mostly on the eastside including Mercer Island, Bellevue, Kirkland, Renton, and Redmond. They do some Seattle jobs however.

Wow! This place was awesome. They came out the same day that I called. They repaired my toilet clog super fast and even looked at my garbage disposal which wasn't working. I would highly recommend then to anyone!
