Had to take Best to small claims court and owner lied to the judge

I am so happy I called these guys! So my water pipe in my yard somehow blew up, yeah... BLEW UP. And the whole yard started flooding, I don't even want to get into the amount of plants and bushes I lost due to this issue. I remember I had a buddy of mine that told me he had pipe blow up too and he called these guys. I called them, they were at my house within 20 minutes. They stopped the leak, fixed the pipe. Best thing of all? They didn't charge me an arm and a leg, very affordable for the situation at hand. These guys get 5 stars from me!

2 different plumbers from South West Plumbing came out and gave us a really high quote for a leaking bath tub faucet. We scheduled an appointment for today, since they didn't have the parts in their truck to fix the leak last night. And they cancelled our appointment even after they called and said a technician was 30 minutes away for our scheduled appointment, and even though they were aware we had to stop our water line because of the pretty bad leak that needed to be fixed. Right after South West Plumbing cancelled, we called Beacon Plumbing, and they sent someone over within an hour. Craig was the person who helped us, and he helped us discover that the high quote that Southwest Plumbing gave us was for what ended up being a relatively quick fix by Beacon Plumbing. And he didn't have to cut in through the back of our wall like we had been previously told by South West Plumbing. Craig quoted us much lower for the relatively quick fix, and he fixed the issue promptly and competently. We were told by Beacon Plumbing that they keep their trucks fully stocked with parts, so it wasn't an issue of them not having what was apparently a very common part. Craig was really nice and easy to work with. My husband is really big about customer service, and he was impressed with the customer service we received from Craig/Beacon Plumbing. From now on, we will be using Beacon Plumbing for our home plumbing needs. Thank you for your great service! Job number: 193753

These people are really honest people. A month ago I lost my portable printer when I accidentally left it on the street near their shop while clearing out my truck. These guys found my printer and got it back to me. I seriously appreciated this and wanted to let them know. Thanks guys.

Although the price was expensive, I was able to schedule quick (almost immediate) service to unclog a sewer line. The service tech, John, was prompt, helpful, and handled the issue quickly. I would highly recommend him to others.

Highly Recommend - Our Tankless water heater was leaking.

I was able to have Arash (owner) from Ridgid Plumbing within 30min of calling at our home for a Free assessment of our issue. He was patient knowledgeable. He was able to have have it replace 2 days later by Armini and Sina. Armini and Sina had the new tankless up and running in no time.

They were able to come over the same day I called, was given time period from 3 to 5 and they show up 5 min before 3, problem was fixed quickly and efficiently and I paid $55. Will definitely use again.

A month later we got another plumbing problem, invited Bob Oates and they did it again - next day appointment, zero attempts to sell expensive replacement when repair is sufficient, $50 charge for everything when others wanted 150 just to show up. Unusually good experience. Highly recommend..

Sewer Friendly was Awesome! I called and they came out immediately to run a camera and a jet through our lines to unclog it. We had a full blockage and within an hour they had completely unblocked it. Jaime was the manager and Jacob was the technician that came out on the call. They were very professional, knowledgeable and super clean. I would recommend them very highly.

Our hot water heater started going out over the last several weeks. Given that our house is heated by radiators and we have a new baby, this was a serious problem. Because of the rarity of our unit, other plumbers flat out refused to even try to help us out. Not only did PlumbWorks take our calls at all hours of the night, but Nick actually spent the time required by the manufacturer to become a certified technician, just so that he could order a part for us, he didn't charge us a cent for that time. Nick and Marcus know their craft, and they are two of the nicest people you could meet. I highly recommend using PlumbWorks when you need to fix your water heaters; they do good work and they they charge a reasonable fee.

Four years ago I Hired GF for major job of over $7,000 and they didn’t honor our contract. He didn’t replace 5 feet of pipe and blamed Puget Sound Energy for his responsibility. The Better Business Bureau made multiple attempts to resolve the issue but they didn’t reply. NEVER HIRE this company!
