Best Bathroom Faucet in Seattle WA
Kerry was very nice ! Funny and helpful. The follow up was very challenging. I wanted to order a vanity and called 4 times, was told I would get an email from Kerry twice, asked if I wanted to pay (when I hadn’t even ordered yet) and overall will likely not use best plumbing in the future.

I came home a few weeks ago on a Sunday night to find I had a leaky shutoff valve in my upstairs bathroom. I had seen the Beacon Plumbing ads that assured me they were available 24/7 at regular prices so I gave them a call. They said sure, they could have a guy out shortly to take a look. About 90 minutes later he shows up, and says he can fix it no problem. He pulls out his tabbed book of prices and it's going to be $500 including the $100 travel charge. Fine, let's get this done since you're here, I think. Now, let me describe my super-rare and apparently anathema to plumbers arrangement in my bathroom. I have a pair of wall-mounted sinks each sitting on a ceramic pedestal. I know, crazy right? The plumber assesses this very difficult situation and loosens the bolts on the sink that hold it to the wall. I hold it up for him while he loosens the ring on the p-trap and gets the pedestal out. Then, with much complaining about my shutoff valve, he gets the ferrule off and puts on the new one. Now, I spent a lot of money on nice hardware for the sink, which the plumber laughed at as he tossed my expensive shutoff valve to me and replaced it with whatever they have stocked in their truck. You should keep that, it looks expensive! Yeah, ha ha. Funny. Now, here's where the real troubles begin. I help lift the sink to get the pedestal back underneath. He can't get the p-trap back on. After much complaining and 20 minutes of fiddling, he finally gets the p-trap back on. Yay. I pay him and he's gone.On July 3rd, the sink is leaking out of the p-trap. I call Beacon Plumbing. First, I'm put on hold for 10 minutes, and they hang up on me. I call back and get someone who doesn't use the computer so can't help me. Finally I'm forwarded to someone who looks up the invoice. They'll send the same plumber out. It's not an emergency so I say he can come back out at his leisure. He'll be there on the 4th. Fine. The 4th arrives, he shows up. A repeat of the first episode, he loosens the sink, I lift it, he pulls out the pedestal. Again we try to get the pedestal back in, but again, can't. 20 minutes later, he can't get the p-trap back in the with the pedestal there. In frustration, I tell him we'll just leave it off for now. He's happy. Did you tighten that sink back up to the wall? Oh yes, he says. Spoiler alert: he didn't.So now my bathroom is missing one of the two pedestals, and he graciously agrees to help me take off the other pedestal so it's evenly screwed up. Thanks! So nice of you to completely destroy my bathroom. He packs up and heads to the front door. I escort him outside and expect to see him drive away. But no! He sits on the little seat by my front door and I see him through the window leafing through the tabbed book of prices.I come outside and ask him what's up and he tells me that it's not his fault that my sink is the way that it is and he couldn't get the p-trap back in. He tell me he doesn't want me to get mad at him but he's leafing through his book of prices, trying to find something, anything, that he can use to charge me. I am not the kind of person that gets mad, but, let me tell you the sight of this guy sitting there on my doorstep leafing through his little book trying to figure out how he could force me to pay for his mistake was just about putting me over the edge. He tells me he's just going to charge me $75 for the call out and I pay him to get rid of him.So, total cost for one shutoff valve: $600 and a trashed bathroom. Yay.

Drew did an excellent job installing our toto toilet. He showed up on time and knew exactly what to do. He was in and out in 40 minutes. This job would have taken us days to do. We would highly recommend Drew and Roto-Rooter for your plumbing job.

We just bought our house and knew we were in need of some plumbing updates. We hired a different plumbing company that weren’t that reliable and had screwed us over. Then we called Puget Sound Plumbing. Steve and PK Came to our rescue!! Not only did they fix the problem in a timely manner they were so friendly and professional. We’ve had a couple other set backs that they have come to fix. We really enjoy them and appreciate all the time And love they’ve put into our home. Thank you guys!!! We love you, but we hope to not see you again for a long time 😂🤪 !!!

Fixer employee installed a new electrical outlet in my bathroom. He asked relevant questions to make sure that outlet placement was correct. He worked efficiently and wrapped up the job within a very reasonable time frame. Fixer billing, payment, and tipping processes were seamless. Thanks!

Highly recommend this local company. They do great work and never surprise you with a bigger bill. Helped me solve a crawlspace sewer pipe burst on a rainy cold day 3 days before Christmas. Also have helped me fix up a wonky water heater.

We hired these guys to scope a sewer line. Unfortunately due to the old plumbing they couldn't get their camera down both the vent stack and the drain for one of the toilets. They re-installed the toilet and seal and didn't charge us for their time or trip out. Very fair company practice.

Our hot water heater started going out over the last several weeks. Given that our house is heated by radiators and we have a new baby, this was a serious problem. Because of the rarity of our unit, other plumbers flat out refused to even try to help us out. Not only did PlumbWorks take our calls at all hours of the night, but Nick actually spent the time required by the manufacturer to become a certified technician, just so that he could order a part for us, he didn't charge us a cent for that time. Nick and Marcus know their craft, and they are two of the nicest people you could meet. I highly recommend using PlumbWorks when you need to fix your water heaters; they do good work and they they charge a reasonable fee.

We had several plumbers come out to fix a leaky Kohler shower/tub valve, and all of them told us we'd have to cut a hole through our shower enclosure to replace the whole thing.
We called Joe from TSCO from a recommendation from a friend, and he was great. He let us e-mail photos of the valve to him and he arrived with the necessary parts already in hand, and there was no need to cut a hole in the shower. He also squeezed us in two days early, too! The end result? Our valve is no longer leaking. Plus, he fixed a rust stain in the tub and replaced a toilet flapper while he was here.
Joe is very thorough, knowledgeable and does a quality job. He's more expensive than some other plumbers we called, but clearly you get what you pay for. TSCO is definitely our plumber of choice!
