I recently had a plumbing emergency at my home that caused a lot of damage. I reached out to Beacon Plumbing, and I am so glad that I did. Their team of experts went above and beyond to take care of my emergency and ensure that my home was back to normal as soon as possible.Will and Alex were the service agents who repaired the burst pipe and installed the new water heater. They were prompt, professional, and incredibly skilled at what they do. They were also friendly and communicative, which made me feel at ease during a stressful time.Robert and Lewis were the service agents who repaired and replaced the furnace and custom ducts. They did a fantastic job, and I was amazed at how efficiently they worked. They also took the time to explain everything to me and answer all of my questions, which I really appreciated.Overall, I am so grateful to Beacon Plumbing and their team of experts. The moment the owner spoke to me I stopped worrying about the quality of work I would receive from his company. Also they did nit contact me afterwards to get me to write a review. The plumber was professional and friendly. The owner ,a plumber is the one whom called me back when I contacted his business. He was super about his opinion of my problem without selling his services.

Technician showed up at appointed time. Gave estimate of cost and performed work to my satisfaction.

Too expensive. Did not choose them.

We were incredibly happy with them, they came out the same day within hours of calling, figured out what was wrong, they werent able to fix it completely since they didn’t have the part so they came back right away the next day and finished the job. Both of the young men were very professional and knowledgeable. We highly recommend them!

Great had string lights put up in back yard and also repair some of my siding.

10/10 service all around. Installed a tankless water heater after we had ours go bust.

Value: Quote came in 40% cheaper than another major competitor in the West Seattle area for a top of the line 97% efficiency unit.

Responsive: Came same day (for free unlike 99% of the other plumbers) to give us a quote. Installed the unit NEXT DAY so we did not go too long without hot water.

Professional: Plumber (tre?) was a rockstar. He was communicative, efficient and overall great to work with.

I highly recommend them and they are my new go-to plumber in West Seattle moving forward!

Justin and Matt were very professional. They explained what they would be doing and answered my questions.

We contacted SF after our home inspection sewer scope revealed a crack in the sewer line. Rob and Jaime were committed to answering all of our questions via email and phone (we had more than a few!) ahead of the repair. Adam and Kevin completed our job and they did so in stellar fashion. There is little doubt that Friendly is part of this companies name. Even our neighbor commented, “Those guys were great! So fast too.” Happy to provide this company with a five-star review!

I had used Joe years ago and needed his services for another job. I had an exterior faucet that was intermittently working and he was able to come out a day after I e-mailed him. Not only did he fix it pretty quickly (~30 mins) it was a very fair price. Very pleased with Joe!

Wezee's totally exceeded my expectations. We had had a leak in a copper pipe and so we had Dan from Wezee's come out and upgrade all our basement copper plumbing as well as move a sink fixture and a laundry fixture for us. I also later asked him to add a new line for a fridge which he added with no problem (at an additional cost, of course, but a reasonable one). The price for all the work was quite reasonable, too. I had another company cancel the day-of on giving me a quote and other competitors wanted to charge me just to quote me (not to diagnose a problem, but tell me how much it would cost to replace plumbing that is largely visible), but Wezee's gave a free quote and stuck with it. They had an opportunity to increase the cost when the drywall was all out of the way, which I understood, but they ended up sticking with their quote. Certain aspects of the job were harder than anticipated, but they didn't upcharge me still and I really appreciated the integrity here. At no point did Dan cut corners - if anything, he did even more than I thought was possible in that space. I would definitely hire Wezee's for other plumbing work. Dan was very professional and patient throughout, and the work was completed on schedule. (Note that the electrical lines hanging out in the photos were not Dan's fault, and some of the sewer piping, like the white ones, were pre-existing)

I came back from vacation and my dishwasher had some standing water. I called Joe and he immediately got back with me about some troubleshooting on it. Thankfully it was just a tripped breaker.

Four years ago I Hired GF for major job of over $7,000 and they didn’t honor our contract. He didn’t replace 5 feet of pipe and blamed Puget Sound Energy for his responsibility. The Better Business Bureau made multiple attempts to resolve the issue but they didn’t reply. NEVER HIRE this company!
