We've used Beacon twice for a side sewer issue and had great experiences both times. Mr. Santos and his partner came out for emergency service starting at about 11pm to clear our line in the middle of a rain storm. And Gene and Anthony were extremely helpful in determining a more permanent fix for our issue. They were very professional and great to work with.

I always have gone right to Roto-Rooter whenever I need help with a plumbing problem, and I have never had reason to change. I'm in my fourth house since 1986, have had several sewer and septic problems over the years, and have always found Roto-Rooter technicians to be prompt, personable, and honest about the problem and necessary repairs. Plumbing companies may come and go, but Roto-Rooter is well established and has stood the test of time for a good reason.

During the summer, TJ and his team installed a clean-out in our sewer, and hydro-jettied our root-bound pipes. Within a few months, our roots were back, and TJ gave us a quote for a liner. The team arrived as scheduled, and worked quickly to install the liner, keeping the excavation to a minimum and cleaning up well. TJ made sure the job was complete by videoing the final result; and taking an extra step, at no additional cost to us, to solve a extra challenge with our 100 year old pipes. We highly recommend TJ and his Bob Oates team.

Dan is just great. He is responsive, helpful, and sincere.

I first asked him to install a new toilet but it turned out to be much more complicated than one would expect. Dan was patient with me when I asked _lots_ of questions and was willing to swing by to confirm and double check my own measurements.

Dan has done several other things since then and for each thing he would provide me with alternatives to consider so I could weigh options that I might have not thought about. Additionally, he's just a nice guy. While he was cleaning up, he noticed I was struggling with something else (another project/fix that was unrelated) and he offered to jump in and help. Turns out he had tools that were much more efficient than what I was doing which dramatically helped!

We have worked with Jason at Rudy's for a long time. He is a caring person who tried hard to deliver the best work for a reasonable price.

Rudy's have made lots of changes to improve their business operations and they are dedicated to quality work. They also work hard are keeping their prices down in order to be an excellent value.

Their service area is mostly on the eastside including Mercer Island, Bellevue, Kirkland, Renton, and Redmond. They do some Seattle jobs however.

They came out on Labor Day weekend Sunday morning to take care of a clog in our main line. Fixed everything perfectly and I did not pay an arm and a leg for coming out on a holiday weekend. Definitely recommend.

Tough problem - A significant leak with no visible surface moisture and over 250 feet of potential sources. Kevin was able to find it quickly, and then verify using other methods it before we committed to taking up a bit of asphalt. His 'X marks the probable spot' missed by maybe 4 inches. My wife and I fixed our 1000 gallon/day leak ourselves before dinner. Kevin's bill was higher than I'd have liked, due to the complex nature of the problem and the need to use helium to confirm the probable location of the leak, but the fix cost us a $20 trip to Lowes, some beer and take out food! Kevin was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We were happy to pay for the right tools in the hand of a seasoned pro. Highly recommend.

Wezee's was able to set up a same day appointment to get an estimate for my bathroom sink, and was able to come out the next day to do the repair! Lightning fast service. Dan was wonderful to work with throughout the process, and Edgar did a great job finishing up the pipe connections. Would happily work with them again.

Fantastic Plumber’s, I had a main line clog that had my whole house backed up, Trish and Josh Came out same day a few hours after my call, worked around my schedule, and were very Professional and friendly. I would highly recommended them!
