I really appreciated how fast 2 Sons Plumbing was able to send Angelo over to my house after I had a pipe freeze in my old tankless water heater. He thoroughly explained the issue so I could make a good decision and was able replace the appropriate equipment by the next day. Highly recommend!

Ian and Jeffrey were super fast and helpful! We had a little mishap at the office this morning with the garbage disposal and they showed up and helped us replace it quickly and easily. Nice guys :-)

Nick and his team replaced our old galvanized pipes. They were respectful, professional and efficient, not to mention their bid was thousands less than some others and done in less than a day. They cut far fewer holes in our walls than some estimates projected and patched them well afterwards. I can't imagine a better experience. Would recommend to anyone looking to repipe their home.

I have been working with Tyler and his team on my small business remodel for what seems like years. No, actually it has been years. Tyler toured and pulled county records on many properties I had been looking to purchase. He went over all the options with me for every building and for every idea I had. When we finally found THE property, made the purchase ,and started the construction process Green Planet Plumbing was with me every step of the way. Answering questions, turning off the water supply (after being requested the morning of), talking with the manufacturer of the specialized equipment we needed installed, and helping us make the most money conscious, educated decision possible. Our relationship with Green Planet Plumbing has been stellar. Wonderful, locally owned business that happily works with other small businesses!

I'm lucky to know a caring professional like Joe. I've had several odd piping issues at my house, interior and exterior, and Joe has always been HUGELY helpful over the phone and in person. He really cares about his craft and customers - and he doesn't just fix things; he improves them. He has longevity and sustainability in mind. He is a prompt and clear communicator (read: explainer of his craft to simpletons like me), and a real cool guy. I can't say enough nice things about Joe!

UPDATE: since the review the office called and apologized and sent a senior plumber over who fixed the issue within a week. I think the first one was a new guy and there was not clear communication from the office staff. Moving the reading to a 4 star since they did resolve this well.
Ive had a plumber come out tell me there is a part that needs to get ordered in. They scheduled a time to come back and do the work and I waited 3 hours with no one coming. After calling the office they scheduled a different day. I once again took time off work to be here to wait for the plumber. No one showed again. I called the office and they said they can't come because the part still hasn't come. It's been 3 Weeks now.
There is no communication to me on what is going on, and I've lost all faith that they're actually going to repair the broken shower. There is no initiative from them on telling me when they have the part, on rescheduling if they can't come out. I can't say I'd recommend their service.

Arrived on time with call prior to. Inspected problem, gave reasonable price. Made repair, inspected repair, cleaned up afterwards. Work was completed in timely manner. We are very satisfied!

I contacted Kevin at Leak Masters after weeks of trying to determine why our community water association was experiencing significant water pressure loss. We suspected a large leak was the cause but had not been successful at locating it. After one household lost water I contacted Kevin and he came out on an emergency call. He looked over our well house and utilized a listening device on the pipes around the well house. He walked the water line with us and used his device at every location where we had exposed water lines. He checked the water pressure at every house. He identified one vacant home as a possible cause due to what he heard utilizing his device. He suggested we contact the owner to get into the home to check for leaks. He also pointed out that the drain field for that home was quite green and since the home had been vacant for some time and it had been a dry summer, this seemed unusual. When I finally located the property management company and was able to get into and under the house we found the leak immediately. It was very large and was bubbling like a fountain. Our community association members stepped up and we were able to cut and cap the water line. Once that was done the water pressure returned to normal. I'm thankful that Kevin was able to help us pinpoint the cause of our problems.

Wezee's was able to set up a same day appointment to get an estimate for my bathroom sink, and was able to come out the next day to do the repair! Lightning fast service. Dan was wonderful to work with throughout the process, and Edgar did a great job finishing up the pipe connections. Would happily work with them again.

The Pipe Doctors Josh and Trisha are probably the most honest and good natured plumbers out there. it’s there straight forward honesty combined with many years of pluming experience that make them the ideal resource for any plumbing challenge. They first helped me out with a natural gas leak in my basement, then from there they helped me with a slow draining bathtub, then a sewer problem, and finally an upstairs shower that was leaking to the floor below. In Seattle, with all the recent growth, it becomes difficult as a home owner, to find skilled tradesman that possess the technical knowledge while at the same time maintains honesty and integrity. Steve McCadden was great! Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for plumbing services! He gave us a thorough description of the problem area, best solutions, and gave an honest price range with no surprises. It's been a month or two since he fixed our issue and everything's working as it should.

They told us they will replace a part in our water heater, instead they replaced the whole unit with one in their own inventory charging us for double the price for the same unit in the market. They took our original unit with themselves and after we asked them to return it the day after, they said they have tossed it out! We emailed them and asked questions about the unit replacement without our consent, and they called my husband and threatened him of consequences! So in short, we got a fast service, but we paid double price, we lost our own unit (which only needed a part to come back to life), and we were threatened the same day for asking questions about their decision.

Dean went above and beyond for our family. Extremely professional and fair, he provided great service when we ended up needing a new toilet. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a plumber. Thanks, Dean!
