Ryan did a great job fixing our kitchen plumbing lines and creating new ones for the refrigerator as we were moving them to a different location. I will definitely hire him again for any future plumbing needs.

Our hot water heater quit working and upon inspection had leaked. Our technician Jordan arrived within 45 minutes of our call and promptly diagnosed the problem and presented an estimate. With our approval, he located a new water heater system that fit our needs exactly. He drove and returned with everything we needed within one hour. Our heater system was more complex than most as it was a gas heated system and had a fan exhaust. Jordan had the old system removed and a new one in place with all new piping, connections and fittings completed efficiently and quickly.
Jordan was professional, courteous, competent and friendly. The scheduler at “2 Sons Plumbing” went out of her way to take care of our emergency quickly for which we are deeply appreciative. We strongly recommend “ 2 Son’s Plumbing”.

Contacted Beacon for a minor electrical repair. I did inquire about pricing over the phone and I was told there was $75 service fee and the electrician would quote the job on arrival and that they couldn't provide an estimate over the phone.Firstly the electrician was nice and seemed very competent-- no problem there.However, straight away I realized I should have pushed a little harder to get the price over the phone (because I would of kept on looking). The next part of the billing is a diagnostic test $189 -- it took a few minutes to diagnose, I had a faulty breaker. The price to replace the breaker was $300 (20 amp breakers cost about $10 on Amazon). So add in tax and the bill came to just over $600.Sometimes you pay for convenience and this was one of those times (a laundry full of clothes and a crying baby). I just needed it done.Anyway point being, I did sign the contract so it's on me but I will not use them in the future.

Emerald City Sewer has impeccable service. I needed my sewer replaced. Showed me where my sewer needed to replaced with camera. Got the job done right.

We had a clogged sink and garbage disposal that regular maintenance couldn’t fix. Pioneer Plumbing sent Carl to us and he did an awesome job! He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and we couldn’t believe how fast he fixed it! Would definitely recommend Carl to anyone.

My tech did his best to clear our drain, and it’s definitely better now. I’m just not a fan of the reeking sewage that was left in huge puddles in my crawl space. Not sure if this in an industry standard practice, but hopefully my basement stops stinking soon.

Our experience with Repipe Specialists was great. They communicated every step of the way from the initial appointment to the end of the project. Nate and his crew were amazing. Our job was pretty big and they worked really hard to get it all done in one day, which they did! They even continued working when we lost power for a few hours. They were easy to talk to, kind, respectful of our pets and property. We are amazed at the difference new pipes make. We can actually have two showers going at the same time now! Thank you.

Our plumber (Gavin) was fantastic! He was on time, investigated the leak in our ceiling, identified the issue quickly and repaired the old pipe. He cleaned up nicely and was professional and friendly the entire job.

When I was in Seattle I had the distinct pleasure of working with Bob Oats and I cannot say enough about the customer service and overall experience. He was there in less than an hour and completed a big toilet and sink job before I was back home from work. I wouldn't work with anyone else in the area and wish he would expand to NYC soon!

Nick and his team were clean, courteous and were able to do the work quickly. They repiped our house in one day and when he realized they had forgotten to repair the drain pipe for the washer Nick called immediately to let me know so that I wouldn't use the washing machine until they had come back asap to correct the mistake. They even made time to correct a bad decision we had made about keeping a faucet when they returned.
Bottom line: They provided us with good service and great value.

I will definitely use Clearwater Leak Detection for any future needs. The staff is courteous, knowledgable and professional. I can not say enough positive things about them. I highly recommend them.

Watch out for these guys, as they will try to rip you off as much as possible! Very dishonest people.
They inspected our 5-yr old tankless water heater and identified that a part had to be replaced. After we gave them the go ahead on replacing the part (heat exchanger) worth < $300, without our consent, they replaced the whole unit (which they provided themselves with a 60% mark-up for $2,000). And then they threatened consequences if we didn't pay the price immediately.
When we asked in a respectful manner why the mark-up was unreasonable and why we hadn't been notified of switch from part replacement to unit, Evan (owner) started using curse words and started threatening.
After we paid them, we asked for our old unit (one day after their service), they said they had tossed it out and it couldn't be retrieved.

Having said all of that, they responded promptly with a same day service and everything was back online and working after 3 hours, so if you don't mind them stealing from you, this business can be a good choice.
We recommend getting a 2nd opinion if they tell you the unit has to go.
