We had another estimate and I called their office, talked to General Manager and they met the price of the other estimate we received, super easy guy to deal with. Roy and the crew came out next day and completed the work, great job.

The main line to our house got clogged at night. Duy answered the phone at 10pm and came to us 30 min. later. He was able to fix the problem and explained all the details and gave helpful advice in case if (when) it will happen in the future. He charged the amount he quoted over the phone even though he had to use additional equipment and extra effort to unclog the line since it was clogged over the city line). He is a lifesaver. Thank you, Duy!

I've used Candlers a couple of times and most recent in an emergency water heater failure and leak. I asked them to move the heater to a different part of the house to better provide hot water throughout home as well as free up some space. They were same day quick and on point. Quality work, products and friendly for a great price.

Calling them for checking my leaking water heater and being told that the inspection is free. However, after inspection the technition asked for $77 for the inspection. I pay the fee out of coutersy, not an obligation.

The job was done well and Albert was very professional. I am happy with the work and would use his service in the future again.

My hot water tank decided to empty itself over night. Called first thing and within an hour the guys were over with a new tank. Excellent friendly service, I'm very happy.

Romeo helped me install the new water heater. He arrived on time and explained everything clearly. His work is professional, and passed the city inspector with no problem. I would definitely use HR Silicon Valley plumbers and Romeo again.

They did a great job re-piping our town house. Very responsible; they promptly came back to patch a drywall cutout they missed (inside a cabinet) even after we paid them. I wish all contractots are like them!

Just want to start off by Saying What an amazing experience I had with Wilver we were fortunate to have him as our plumber. He went above and beyond explaining what was causing our issues with our 3 toilets in the house, garbage disposal and kitchen sink he even went in depth explaining why it was happening and how to prevent these issues from happening in the future. Messaged via yelp for a few days, finally called to set an appointment. Mark came out within a couple days and did a quick assessment. I acknowledged that the $125 fee would be charged even if it was a quick check on the unit. He did a water test as well per my request and gave advice as to what to do.
