Jose did a great job for us on our, non-trivial, plumbing repair. He was personable, competent and very efficient, striving to complete the job as quickly as possible. I also appreciated the quick response from Crown plumbing to our emergency situation. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the total cost was more than I expected. Nevertheless, I would definitely consider Crown for any future plumbing needs.

Local Rooter is professional. I requested a quote from their website. After that, Duey called back and asked me to send the pictures of the old water heater to let him know the location that was easy or hard to replace a new one. Got a quote after several minutes. Duey and Jaime showed up the following day to replace the new water heater and haul away the old one. Good communication and affordable price. .

We are a family dental office and noticed water coming up from underneath our vinyl plank flooring. Realizing that's probably not a good thing, we called Kevin. He was at our office within a couple of hours to take a look, and quickly diagnosed a blocked P-trap coming from our dental vacuum system. Even though the actual issue was out of the scope of his expertise to repair, he rigged a bypass so that we could remain operational and stop any further damage. He also contacted a water restoration service who showed up at our office an hour later. Even after all that, he refused any sort of payment because he didn't really do anything. He kept us operational so we could finish working on patients for the day and got us started on the road to repair. We consider that kind of service priceless, and would not hesitate to use Kevin Bueno plumbing for future plumbing needs.

Our kitchen sink got clogged in the night and I called the 24x7 help line for an appointment. They gave me 9 to 11 window, but I requested an appointment as soon as possible. Then the tech called me in the morning at 6:30 and had someone come over a little after 8.Jose arrived on time and fixed the problem pretty quickly. He fixed the issue and also walked us through the problem and told us how we can check and a few things the next time we experience the same issue.Jose

Rayne has serviced our small complex several times. I called last night with a blocked storm drain and they did a great job. Bill called me back (from their answering service) in 5 minutes, we discussed the problem, he gave an estimated charge, and he arrived in under an hour. He was able to find + fix the problem (roots in the drain pipe) in about 15 minutes, and then spent the full hour cleaning as much of our drain piping as possible. Bill was clearly an expert at what he was doing, gave good advice on what preventative maintenance we should do in the future, and after this experience I'd recommend him + Rayne to anyone.

My dog is a total menace and needs to let everyone know he’s in the room. I wasn’t sure how the tech would feel, and I was willing to put him away but the repair guy was very nice and absolutely comfortable around the dog. He just had such a nice calm demeanor and I appreciated the lack of drama.

Eric kindly came to my rescue with two toilettes plugged up in our home. He explained all potential options and possible direction this problem might lead to. I agreed and he worked like an expert explaining as he went along what he was trying to accomplish. I called at 4pm on a Friday evening and he was there in an hour. Service !! Service I needed was removing roots from septic leach field. Upon viewing my situation the technician said their equipment was likely to damage my old pipes. I elected to not proceed. They did not charge for the house call. Everyone I dealt with could not have been nicer. The next time I need ANY plumbing service, PLUMBTREE will get my call.
