In under 20m from when I called (on a Friday afternoon), there was someone at my house to diagnose the blockage in my sewer line, give me all the options with no hard sell, and in the end, fix my problem. Richard came out for our backed up sewers today and ended up solving an ongoing problem for us. By asking a few extra questions and searching our property, he found an exposed sewer inlet and ended up clearing a blockage between the inlet and the main out in the street. We’ve had several backups over the last year and he’s the first technician to figure out the main blockage was passed this inlet and out in the street. Will definitely use them again in the future!

We called Advanced Quality Plumbing for a sewer emergency that turned out to be massive. They were always timely and responsive and coordinated the city, permits and repair thoroughly. Can't comment on price because I didn't price compare, but the value you get from just knowing it's being done right should be taken into consideration!
