Best Rooter Services in San Jose CA

I needed a kitchen faucet replaced as mine broke today. My handyman said he would do it for $220 but could not do it today. I called a plumbing company and got a quote of $225 and they would even go buy the faucet I wanted and bring me the receipt at no extra charge (I just needed to pay for the faucet). I booked an appointment with the aforementioned plumber for early afternoon but then saw Mike Counsil plumbing offered $89 off so I called them for a quote. The woman I spoke to said that they did not do quotes over the phone because the guys have tablets they work from. She said they would come out at no charge and give me an estimate and waive the service call fee plus give me the senior discount. I told her I didn't want to cancel the other appointment but she sold me on them, their great reviews, senior discount, etc. Plus she said she could get them out to my place in about an hour so I booked an appointment with them, cancelled the other appointment. One of their plumbers came out and quoted me a price 2 times higher than what 2 other plumbers quoted me! I was shocked and declined. So, exactly what I didn't want to have happen, happened and now I am left with a broken faucet and no appointment so I am starting from scratch again. I would not recommend these guys to anyone. They probably figure once they come out, you are more likely than not to just accept their fees yet they seem to be way more expensive than everyone else. They will never hear from me again

Marti's is our go to plumber service for last 4+ years!  They hold a great work ethic and excellent customer service.  Honest, fast, professional and knowledgeable!  They've been very reliable each time we've had an emergency (clogged kitchen sink, main pipe burst, and leaking water heater and replacement), or just needed a repair (leaky tub) or install a new toilet. I've recommended them to family and friends, and they've have had the same great experience of getting good and honest service.

Kevin came out within the scheduled window time and did a fantastic job installing a new mixer valve for my bathroom renovation. He walked me through all steps installing the finishing pieces once the tub and surround is done. His friendly demeanor was a plus too.

We engaged Rooter Hero when we were in an urgent situation. Our sewer line failed on a Friday night. With little time to research and tenants living in the house we had no choice but to use their services. We needed a segment of the line replaced. We had tenants living in the home, there was no water and we could not get any other plumbers out on a weekend. The cost to replace this small segment was just under $8000 and did NOT include a washout. It was not even proposed even though they told us we should replace the entire line. We later found out after having two other plumbing companies come and give us a quote that a washout should have been included since there is risk to the rest of the line failing. We also found out we paid 200% more than we should have. The other companies also did a video inspection and during that time it seemed the new segment had already shifted. We did contact Rooter Hero regarding the shifting of the segment and the over charge. They put us in touch with their 'compliance' guy who then sent out the SAME technician who did the repair to inspect his own work? This made no sense to us. We have since heard nothing from Rooter Hero regarding the over charge. I urge you to read BBB reviews before using this company. There are many claims for over charing and taking advantage of people with their pricing. It looks like they have had license issues in the past as well.

Made an exception to work on the weekend and did an A+ job. You almost want to have your plumbing break because the experience is so great.

First I had problem with pipe leaking at my rental unit so I called Rayne Plumbing and they send Amy. She resolved that super quick. So next time I called I asked for her but she is not longer with Rayne Plumbing. They send Raudel and he was able to find problem and fix it same day. This time I called Rayne to send someone to replace my water heater. Fred come and he did job super quick. He was really professional. I recommend Rayne Plumbing to all my friends and they all had good experience. Five Stars Deserved!!! Thank you!

Call them up get your plumbing done

I had called a Roto-Rooter before calling Plumbtree and had to deal with a very rude roto-rooter technician. I told the Roto-Rooter technician to leave. Called Plumbtree and they were able to get me on the schedule the same day, in fact within 2 hours of calling them.
Francisco was our technician and he was absolutely great to deal with. He was pleasant, detailed, and answered all my questions. He methodically troubleshot the issue before giving me an estimate. Once I accepted the estimate, he resolved the issue, tested the toilets, sink, and cleaned the work area very well. It is worth mentioning that his drain cleaning Agur had issues with turning on and off. He tried multiple times to fix it and luckily was able to get it to sort of operating state. Regardless of this, he was able to get the drain cleaned and I appreciated the extra effort.
Pricing was on a high side, but what isn't these day, and for the level of service and expertise, it was worth it. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone needing a good plumber.

My experience with Advanced Quality Plumbing was great. Within 1 1/2 hours of scheduling an appointment Tim promptly showed up at my door. I explained the sewer was backing up in both of my bathrooms. Soon Tim was in my crawl space inspecting my sewer pipe configuration and determined the blockage was between my house and the sewer main in the street. It would be necessary to rooter the pipe but I had no clean-out installed. In order to safely rooter the pipe and protect from future problems one needed to installed. Soon there were two additional plumbers working in my yard to install the clean-out. It was raining all day but the clean-out was installed within hours. Soon they were running the rooter and cleared out the pipe. Water was flowing. Tim and the folks from Advanced Quality Plumbing were very knowledge, courteous and professional. I highly recommend them.

Good work and honest effort for best possible outcome. I would recommend to anyone.

Great efficient work!

The tech was very open to questions and kept me informed as to what was happening. Very thorough and clean when completed. Very helpful at the beginning helping define the extent of the problem and and proposed solutions. I would definitely recommend their services and I won't hesitate to use them again when needed.

Kiet and his colleague were nice, friendly, awesome and quick! He answered my call regarding my water heater leaking and he told me he was in the area and would come right over to give me a quote. He was at my house in 30 mins took a look at my water heater and told me I needed a new one due to how old it was and that it looks to have been leaking for awhile. The leak was so bad that the plywood was bowing and mushrooms started growing. The water heater I had was 30 years old. He then proceeded to tell me what needed to get done and provided me with a quote which I agreed on. He drained the water tank and left to get the supplies. He came back with his colleague and got straight to work. They had my water heater installed in no time. They kept the work area clean and cleaned up the water from the leak. I am so happy with the work they did!
