Matt was extremely upbeat and positive, especially unusual given that is was a cold, dark, Saturday night and he was working outside. Will absolutely use them again. I am a repeat customer with Chandlers. First job they installed a new water line to the house and added 2 new sewer cleanouts along with a new sewer line. This time water heater started leaking. Sheduling was awesome too. They could have fit me in same day but i needed to push it one day out. They showed up on time. I am actually smiling as i write this review. The attention to detail and doing the job right is fantastic. The copper drain for the pressure releif valve, the trap to catch the crude in natural gas was a surprise. I rate Chandlers very high in my book and without a doubt Chandlers is who i will use.

We bought a new refrigerator, but when the old refrigerator was disconnected we had an initial leakage problem from disconnected icemaker from old refrigerator and we didn't know what to do. Furthermore the old refrigerator had copper wire for icemaker and we were having trouble getting it connected ourselves. When we called Bueno Plumbing they picked up the call immediately and through phone call was able to talk us through to locate the icemaker valve under the sink and close that so that the water won't be further leaked from disconnected icemaker from previous refrigerator. Then Kevin came over the next day and installed the copper wire for us - super fast! Throughout the process Kevin was very helpful and knowledgeable, honest about the quotes and prices, answered all the questions we had about refrigerator plumbing in general, and we have the 1-year guarantee where if the installation / fix didn't work in the next 1 year we would get the subsequent fix for free. Thanks Kevin for the wonderful job, we have our brand new refrigerator working well!

Bruce and Henry came out to snake our drain, ended up having to do that twice, and installed a clean out. Someone, maybe prior owner, had flushed a bunch of wipes (a no-no!). Repairs were done on the rainiest, coldest days so far this season (Jan 2018). They were great to work with in spite of the conditions.

What a pleasant experience working with the tech who came to look at the problem. Freedom Underground Plumbing replaced our main sewer and water lines. The main sewer line replacement was done entirely trench-less, whereas the water line replacement was a combination of trench-less and open trench. The entire work was done in a timely manner and with great quality; we passed inspections without any issues. The water line replacement was a bit complex with multiple turns. The crew used smooth turns on the line where possible and we have had no drop in water pressure in the house or in the irrigation lines. The crew did its best to leave the landscape looking as much like before as possible. They even put back the grass cover that had to be removed for digging a wide hole.

Freddy, the owner, gave me a quote that was competitive with the others I received. However I chose to go with Freedom Underground because Freddy genuinely seemed interested in providing the best solution for our needs. The foremen, Alex and Christian were both very responsive to my questions and kept me up-to-date with what was being done. I requested a change-order for replacing part of the sewer line under the house, and the quote provided was reasonable.

Overall, I am very happy with the experience and whole-heartedly recommend Freedom Underground for underground replacement work.
