The service technician was very pleasant on time did the repairs in a timely manner very pleasant experience.

Kitchen sink had a slow drain issue that I and another plumber were not able to resolve. Came as a team of two and gave a quick estimate and were immediately able to start working. They stuck on the issue and were able to resolve it in a timely manner.

The team is really courteous, but I’m not sure if all of the work they performed was absolutely necessary and I’m 100% positive I payed 30% more than I would have with an independent plumber (because I was given an estimate by another plumber). Their technology was helpful but make sure to get a 2nd opinion and a counter estimate on any work over a few thousand dollars.

So far so good . . . gotta wait til the project is done and we r not there yet. Then we can give u a full blown review! One thing I can say is that Luis Perez is the best! Anyone needing plumbing services u ask 4 Luis he is totally awesome! You’ll be stopping up your toilets with little kids shoes to have him come back! Yes he is that good! Very charismatic, super honest, very clean, never leaves u w/o service and best of all goes way beyond your expectations of a plumbing company employee. In fact I know “that was not included in the bid” and also “this was not included in the bid”. He just so super nice . . . like he is working for family! We’ll see how this project ends! We’ll just see how elite “Elite” is.

I've been using them for years and they've always done a great job. They are quick and efficient, which is important when you have an emergency situation like a toilet overflow or a clogged drain.

I called them because I thought there was an issue with my water softener. I spoke with Jason, and he gave me some recommendations to try and troubleshoot the problem myself. He took the time to answer all my questions. It turns out the noise I was hearing was unrelated to my water softener. I'm grateful for them for genuinely helping me over the phone, I will definitely use their service if anything more serious happens at my home.

EDIT: Called them again for advice on upgrading my water softener or not. Marty, the owner, came and tested the water hardness and said the current system was still efficient, just needed to regenerate more frequently. Super friendly service, can't recommend enough!

Jose and his team did an excellent job of installing trenchless pipe for our main sewer pipe. Jose was courteous, prompt and professional. He explained the scope of the work clearly and gave us estimates upfront. His quote was reasonable and quality of work was top notch.

John stopped by to service our tankless water heater. It hadn't been serviced since we installed it 5 years ago. They communicated clearly with us about the appointment, were professional, and did a good job.
