Best New Water Heater Installation in San Jose CA

We’ve had Crown Plumbing come out to our new house twice since we moved in. The plumbers that came out were terrific. They did great work, and were honest and efficient.

Plumbers sure are expensive, but Marti’s Plumbing always gives us good service.

Jimmy, the technician was very professional and kind. He diagnosed where the leak is coming from under my kitchen sink and suggested a solution with a reasonable estimation. He changed the strainer and no more leak. Thank you !

Needed a plumber with experience and they have been around for a long time. They were able to fix the toilet in no time and were also able to do some other plumbing work for me. The blocked drains issue was resolved without any problems as well!

Hector the technician was nice and communicative but they promised to come out the same day and then a few hours later called to say they could not come till the next day. By then i had stopped calling other plumbers expecting to have my problem fixed that day. i asked for a manager to call me back and they said they would within 48 hours. Nobody did. Next day they fixed it and i told them i wanted to speak with a manager and again, nobody called. The same issue with the same piece of equipment happened the next day after they fixed it and i called them and they could not send somebody to fix it until the next day. Again, i asked to speak with a manager and nobody has called back.

The plumber Joseph who came to my house was not only skilled and experienced but also friendly and personable. He took the time to explain the issue and the solution in a way that I could understand.

Edgar was prompt, professional, honest as well as informative and a pleasure to work with.

Just want to start off by Saying What an amazing experience I had with Wilver we were fortunate to have him as our plumber. He went above and beyond explaining what was causing our issues with our 3 toilets in the house, garbage disposal and kitchen sink he even went in depth explaining why it was happening and how to prevent these issues from happening in the future. Extremely professional, educational and obviously helpful since he resolved all of our issues. I highly highly recommend!!

OK, so the first thing is Martin actually answered his phone on a Saturday (!) and within the hour, after discussing my needs, I had an acceptable quote via email for a suitable Navien TWH installation. Unbelievable given my 72-year experience with plumbers, HVAC folks, general contractors, etc. Anyway, Martin showed up on time (!) and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time. He didn't mind me looking over his shoulder the whole time, either, although he didn't need my supervision. Great sense of humor, too. There were two particularly tricky spots with my installation which Martin navigated with skill and didn't charge extra for labor or a couple of expensive parts (!). I waited three months for this review so the installation and TWH performance could settle in. Wow. Just Wow. Color me pleased - and that's hard to do. Thanks Martin!

Justin was able to diagnose the problem quickly as the chain in the toilet tank was too tight and was letting a slow amount of water down the drain. He adjusted the chain tension and fixed the problem quickly. No charge for the repair. One caveat: Justin installed the toilet eight months ago and the toilet was used infrequently during that time frame.

My technician was Steven he’s was very nice and got right to the source of my problem I had with a outdoor pipe leak . They were also very reasonable with there cost and I can’t thank you ?? guys enough it’s been so hard to find response companies and you guys nailed it thank you!!!
