We started having problems with the general plumbing at our 60-year-old house so we called Crown Plumbing. They were able to come out right away and quickly evaluated and identified multiple leaks and issues. They were then able to fix those problems all while maintaining a high level of professionalism and outstanding customer service. Since completing their service, we have not had any further issues and could not happier with their work. We will recommend Crown Plumbing to our friends and family again and again!

Genaro and his team took care of re-piping the entire house in 2-3 days along with water heater replacement. They replaced 60 yrs old galvanized steel pipes with high quality copper pipes. They did all the work with high quality and were very flexible to accommodate any changes as the work progressed. Genmor plumbing pricing is very reasonable. They will not beat a handyman price but you have to understand that they are not a local handyman but professional plumbers. Plumbing inspection went very well , only 1-2 minor comments and Genaro took care of it quickly.

Genaro and his staff were very careful about the current COVID situation and always wore a mask while at work. This shows they care about their employees and also about their customers.

I would highly recommend giving them a chance before you finalize your plumbing work.

We had a severe clogging issue in the kitchen sink where the sink was getting waterlogged pretty quickly. The clog possibly occurred accumulating over the years, but Joseph looked at it and was very professional was the issue was resolved in less than 20 min. Was very happy with the service and plan to call then next time for any plumbing related issue

I called them because I thought there was an issue with my water softener. I spoke with Jason, and he gave me some recommendations to try and troubleshoot the problem myself. He took the time to answer all my questions. It turns out the noise I was hearing was unrelated to my water softener. I'm grateful for them for genuinely helping me over the phone, I will definitely use their service if anything more serious happens at my home.

EDIT: Called them again for advice on upgrading my water softener or not. Marty, the owner, came and tested the water hardness and said the current system was still efficient, just needed to regenerate more frequently. Super friendly service, can't recommend enough!

They are crooks. They changed out a water heater and didn't even install it with a pan. They ruined the wall in my bathroom they didn't bother to get a permit for the work and charged me a $1000 more than what they should have. Crooks.

Not only did he provide us a good quote for the pelican, he gave us his recommendation based on our housing situation and provided a cheaper solution that could do the same job. We appreciated his feedback and went with what he recommended. He completed the install within the time frame he estimated and things have been perfect. No issues with the whole house system.
