We had an issue with a broken hot water pipe under the house. With 1 call Chandlers Plumbing were at my house at the agreed time. Actually they were early. The problem was found and fixed in a clean and timely manner.

We had a pipe in our back yard use pressure. Kevin came over and explained what he believed the problem to be and gave us a quote. The thing I like the most is that he said the project would cost X amount, if what he did didn't fix the problem then he would credit that amount for the next step of fixing etc. Since it was a diagnose issue.
He was also very punctual and communicative. I had a window of 12-2. He called around 1:15 saying he was 10 minutes out which I greatly appreciated.
A bonus was that he gave a small discount and left us a whole packet with the companies contact info and everything we need.
We'll definitely use them again.

After spending a good amount of money to add two clean outs and repairs to part of the sewer line, we ended up with kitchen and washer drain backups. Not being able to reach the company, we found your company in Yelp. We were so lucky to have Freddy Ponce come out. His kindness and understanding and professionalism led us to have him to snake the drain. After talking with him we went with his suggestion to have Sal Sandoval come out to take pictures and they came up with several estimates for future work. These two are the most kind and professional technicians we have met in a long time. When it is time to have the work done we will definitely go with RooterHero. Thank you for sending Freddy our way. Broken water pipe... tech showed up almost 6 hours after call, he could not complete or check work and was to return next day. He never did. Fast forward 2 weeks... his half finished work exploded and I have no water just in time for Christmas weekend. Now they won't come and deal with it! We have multiple properties that use Rayne... no more! Extremely poor customer service and service techs. Disgusted.

Had a clogged faucet drain. Did the multiple quotes on Yelp and decided to go with San Jose Drain and Main again.

Showed up the next day right in the timeframe given.

About 20 minutes later and $150, my faucet was running normally again. The guy gave me some pointers on how to maintain so it'll never be clogged too. Very appreciated!

Side note : Before contacting, I spent a good 2 hours trying with prybars and various snaking tools on Amazon to do it myself. The drain was clogged with hardened material. When I was quoted $150, I was secretly in my mind thinking... oh, you're gonna want more than that... so I was shocked when he did it in a few minutes. :(

My house is 114 years old and the sewer connection is still original. Which is to say clay pipe. Edgar was very helpful in explaining the options available. He ran the hydro jet 6 times just to make sure the line was clear of roots. I was very satisfied.

Anthony was fantastic. He explained what he would do with a 90 day guarantee. Cleaned our laundry room drain. Clean up after himself. Was very knowledgeable about my hot water recirculater pump. let me know that their was a new one that had a smart timer that would help with the on and off timing. My current one is an analog timer. Would use again.

My daughter's 2nd-floor bedroom wasn't getting any cool air, so Chuck came out the day after I called - right on time. He is professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I don't have a lot of home repair knowledge and he was very thorough in reviewing everything from the a/c ductwork itself (which he adjusted and it's now working on) to insulation and attic access. Sometimes I feel talked down to by other repair people when it's obvious I'm not at their knowledge level, but Chuck was respectful. Our a/c unit is over 20 years old - it's still kicking but when it's time to replace it I will 100% go with Miguel. Highly recommended!
