I specifically had Johnny come out to take a look at a shower diverter valve that I managed to totally destroy by “fixing” it myself. I broke the entire thing apart inside the wall. The communication leading up to the appointment was excellent. I was sent text messages confirming the date and time and Johnny was very punctual. He took a look and let me know that he would do his best to fix my mess, but if he could not fix it he would not charge me. That was way MORE than fair as far as I was concerned. I would have paid for his expertise and time even if my mess-up could not be quickly resolved.

Ultimately, I did damage the valve beyond quick repair and as promised he stated he was not going to charge for his time. He gave me a quote to come back and replace the entire valve which required cutting into the wall opposite my shower. He also instructed me to go and purchase a new faucet at a local store so that I had one that I liked. One week later he came back and again the communication was excellent and Johnny was right on time. He was very efficient and his workmanship was top notch. Not only did he completely replace the diverter valve, but he also installed the tub faucet and shower head. That was not at all expected and was an excellent bonus!

The price was excellent, the service and professionalism were top notch. I will be calling these guys for ALL of my future needs and referring as much as possible.

I had an emergency with a broken water pipe in the backyard where water was gushing all over the backyard. I had to shut off water to the whole house and find business that would do repairs on Sunday. Miracle Plumbing came to the rescue.
Within an hour Chris was at the location, diagnosed problem and explained what needs to be done. Hour later he was done and the problem was fixed. It wasn't cheap and I did not have time to shop around, but this was a rare occasion where in my opinion it was worth it.

I had a plumbing emergency and called Allstar Plumbing for help. The technician arrived on time and was very professional throughout the entire process. They quickly diagnosed the problem and were able to fix it right away. I was really impressed with their expertise and attention to detail. After some research I discovered I was charged $1,380 to install a $300 toilet. These guys are a gouge. Beware.

Wilver and his crew were so amazing. PG&E came by to turn on our gas and told us they would not turn it on as we had a leak. I called Wilver and he came over pretty quickly. They diagnosed that we had 3 leaks. They quickly fixed 2 leaks and capped off the gas to that went to our outdoor gas grill and fireplace. We were able to get PG&E turn on our gas. The next day Wilver and his crew came back and laid new gas pipe from our house to our gas grill and fireplace. They did an amazing job, and even patched and painted the opening to our fireplace. I was super impressed with Wilver he was upfront and clear about what needed to be done. I will use and recommend him for any more plumbing issues I have. Five Stars for them!

I had a leaky faucet that I attempted to fix myself but later on gave up after I spent a whole afternoon trying to fix it. I called several places but they were the only one who can come on the same day, so lucky that I found them. Cory showed up within an hour of me calling them. Very friendly and professional. Not to mention he came with his PPE, highly appreciated! He got the job done in half hour! Decent price considering it was after hours time and their quick respose time. Cory you are awesome! Got new water softener, drinking water treatment and garbage disposal replaced. Arizona and his partner did a great job on time very clean and professional.

We found ourselves with a toilet that had water leaking out of the bottom late on a Sunday night. We contacted our landlord to let them know. They were quick to respond the next morning and try to fix the problem themselves. But it turned out it was a clog that plumbing and required professional assistance. Two plumbing companies were contacted to come out to review the situation and provide a quote. Let me just say that the first one to arrive was a nightmare and just added to the stress of the situation. The second to arrive was Jake Jang with Drain Doctors and our experience with him was just the opposite. He was patient, professional and completed the job quickly. Drain Doctors and Jake will definitely be the first call next time.

I found water leaking in the morning at 8, Aug-25-15 and called Water Heaters Only. They respond quickly and made appointment at 10. The technician Alex B arrived at 10. He installed the new water heater but found something is wrong with it. So he installed another new one. He is really good about what he is doing.
