This was the first time using Crown Plumbing. I was able to schedule my job timely within two days of calling. The service representative was Alex and he was showed up on time and made suggestions about my job. He repaired both toilets in a timely manner. He also made some other suggestions around the house. I will consider them for other jobs. Thank you Alex.

The main line to our house got clogged at night. Duy answered the phone at 10pm and came to us 30 min. later. He was able to fix the problem and explained all the details and gave helpful advice in case if (when) it will happen in the future. He charged the amount he quoted over the phone even though he had to use additional equipment and extra effort to unclog the line since it was clogged over the city line). He is a lifesaver. Very professional, clean and polite. I was at work while he performed the quoted pipes needing to be replaced. He texted me pictures of all damage, and then, repairs/replacements he made. He also called me to give me updates on progress, and when job was finished. When I got home, you would never know he had been there because he cleaned everything, probably cleaner than before he arrived. He covered hallway and entrance to house with protective paper and tape, wore booties and made sure he buttoned everything up before he left. Erick, thanks for helping us out and for being an outstanding person. We are very pleased with Elite and will only be using them for all plumbing issues in the future.

Best plumbing company ever. We have used this service for many years. They are so prompt with their excellent staff and excellent plumbers with true experience and true expertise. They are so very responsive. We had a water pressure problem on Sunday and we left a phone message Sunday night. By this morning, Monday, they responded to our call at 8 am and by 9 am they were out here already and fixed our problems! That’s fast service. It’s wonderful we have such a terrific plumbing company in our midst. Their work is terrific and great attention to detail is given to every single problem. Really happy with Anthony Morin’s service. We called him as our sump pump did not work during the recent rains. Anthony checked and determined that the sump pump is working fine, and the issue is just with the electrical breaker that keeps tripping . He advised us the sump pump can run for some more time even if it is old and saved us from a costly replacement. He gave us advice on long term maintenance. Thanks.

They clear backed up kitchen line on dec 01 and after 3rd day again backed up .Called the owner and he was rude non professional and asked we have cleared the line at that day so will not fix again and will asked for 500$ bucks more to fix it again.i asked why why not to fix it at that to correct job done at first place and answer was you have other issues that we do not .I do not know which people are giving 5 start for such pathetic ,non professional service
