Best Drains Drain in San Jose CA

Just had David who works for Local Rooter clean-out a blocked landscape drain. Outstanding service. He needed to be creative to figure out how to get the rooter to the right place, but he persevered and within about 30 minutes, we had a clean drain. I'd highly recommend Local Rooter and Plumbing...and, in particular, David.

We discovered that our Water Heater stopped working at about 10:00pm on a Sunday night. So Monday morning I found Chandlers and called to see when they could come take a look. The owner asked me a few questions and was able to determine that my old, popcorn popping sounding Water Heater needed replacing. I thought maybe best case they could come out the next day, but no he asked me what time I'd like them to come out on that day. I said how about 4:00? Was that too late? He told me not a problem. We discussed the various options for a new water heater and settled on one. They showed up about 10 minutes early and had the job done in a little over an Hour and a half. When they left, everything was clean and tidy and I had hot water again.

Erick Zavala came out from Elite and very professional. He called a 1/2 hr before coming, was on time and very clean. Got the drain unclogged in 20 min with minimal fussy and the pricing at elite is great. No up-sell and just do the work quickly and cleanly.

Wow! Water Quality Plumbing came through for us again. Previously they installed new copper plumbing, repiped our sewer system, and now installed our third water heater. They are crooks. They changed out a water heater and didn't even install it with a pan. They ruined the wall in my bathroom they didn't bother to get a permit for the work and charged me a $1000 more than what they should have. Crooks.

Super friendly from young lady answering phone to Sergio and even the tech who arrived. Very nice people. That's a 5 star. I couldn't rate work performed because the tech stood 5 ft back and didn't look what was wrong but said I should call someone else because they are to expensive. Obviously water heaters aren't their thing. So I still don't know what's wrong with it cause he didn't even diagnose the problem. Or even try. This is very confusing to me. 2 minutes in my house. Glanced at it. Said over 3k and plumbing companies don't really do water heaters. I was told to call Lowes. It truly looked like he didn't want to have anything to do with my water heater on this day. Need to find someone that will try to diagnose the problem.
