Service call was$197 which to me is high. The screens on my faucet were clogged which caused the reduction in water flow.

Jose and his team did an excellent job of installing trenchless pipe for our main sewer pipe. Jose was courteous, prompt and professional. He explained the scope of the work clearly and gave us estimates upfront. His quote was reasonable and quality of work was top notch.

We had our entire aging sewer system replaced! All of the original cast iron pipes under our house and the line leading from our house to the city's main sewer line. Martin and Axel were very knowledgeable and professional. Excellent work. They were always in communication with us so we always knew what was going to happen on what day. Last summer, or AC stopped working on a Sunday. I left Falcone a voicemail on Sunday night. Got a call back first thing Monday morning. By 9:45am their technician was here. Unlike the various ‘Rooter’ companies, Plumbing Tech quoted a reasonable rate for the work that needed to be done. They started the project as soon as they could and finished in two days. The jobs were an re-pipe and a new sewer line to the sidewalk. Adrian is a great communicator and very responsive. I added on a couple of toilets and the installation cost was very friendly. He even came back out and replaced the filters in my reverse osmosis unit at no additional cost. Everything is working fine. I highly recommend Plumbing Tech.
