I called Bueno one morning because our tenant said the hot water heater stopped working. Jimmy was there in a matter of hours. He did a fantastic job diagnosing, getting the new water heater and installing it all in the same day! Also, Jimmy was especially good at explaining the problem & diagnosis, alternatives to fixing the issue, price options, installation timing, etc. I recommend this company and would definitely use them again myself!

Our repairman was John Lillie. This guy was top notch... knew exactly what he was doing and just did it, no up charging, realistic recommendations on repairing and long term maintenance. I don’t know it they’re all as good as John Lillie, but we are new homeowners and we will absolutely be using Rooter Hero again and asking for him by name.THANK YOU JOHN LILLIE!

Mr. Drain Plumbing of San Jose fixed the heater on my mom's condo in Kips Bay. He was in and out quickly, cleanly, and efficiently. A bit more expensive than the others but the service was great and wouldn't mind paying a little bit more for the quality work. Would call again.

Plumbing Tech is an excellent company and I highly recommend them as we will absolutely be using them in our future home projects. They completely remodeled our guest shower area, which previously had no running water to it and installed a new bathtub and beautiful tile work. They were beyond efficient, professional and our bathroom was left cleaner than it was before they arrived. We hope to have them do our kitchen next!
