Best Commercial Maintenance in San Jose CA

We've had Victor and his plumbers over several times for a variety of jobs. (Plumbing seemed to be the weak spot in the construction of our home.) They've been reliable, courteous, and have done good work for us. Plumbers are never cheap, but their hourly rate seems about right.

The main line to our house got clogged at night. Duy answered the phone at 10pm and came to us 30 min. later. He was able to fix the problem and explained all the details and gave helpful advice in case if (when) it will happen in the future. He charged the amount he quoted over the phone even though he had to use additional equipment and extra effort to unclog the line since it was clogged over the city line). He is a lifesaver. Thank you, Duy!

Great experience! I called for an urgent shower stopper issue, and someone was at my house within 3 hours. It was a tricky job and the tech was having some issues getting the part installed so a manager came out on his way home to provide some additional support. The matter was resolved in the same day. The technician arrived in a timely matter the day following the previous day's appointment scheduling. He explained the work that needed to be completed to clear the 2 blocked lines. During the process I was instructed to turn on hot water and flush 2 toilets proving the lines had been cleared. He even cleaned up my garage sink which had standing water for 2 days! He was totally professional in all aspects of the job! I highly recommend Rescue Rooter for any sewer drain issues and will use Rescue Rooter in the future!

Martin and his team installed a tankless water heater and water softener on the outside of the house and removed the old water heater plus piping up into the ceiling. Upon my return home yesterday evening, I was dismayed to discover that my garage floor was partially flooded due to a malfunctioning water heater. In response, I contacted Water Heaters Only and spoke with Seth, who graciously scheduled an appointment for today within a four-hour timeframe. The following day, Julio arrived promptly at 8:45 a.m. and conducted himself with professionalism throughout the visit. The repair work was completed with efficiency and proficiency, and Julio provided clear and informative.

Very honest plumbers. Corey, the owner, was out to my place within and hour of my pipe bursting and did fast good work. Should mention this was a Saturday night at 9pm when I called. We are very happy with the work Aaron’s plumbing and Rooter did on our house. We had all the water pipes, the main water line, and our water heater replaced as well as a new water conditioner system installed. Not only did they have the best estimate among the companies we talked to but they got the work done quickly. They were also the only company we talked to who was able to tunnel under our driveway to replace the main water line instead of having to dig a trench next to our driveway or dig up our driveway. The owner Aaron was super helpful and always quick to respond to questions. I highly recommend Aaron’s plumbing and Rooter.

We had a Sunday sewer clean-out emergency. Drain Doctor was able to get to our home in the early evening, even though I called them mid-afternoon for an appointment. Clean-outs on Sundays are more expensive than weekdays. Danny(service person) at Drain Doctor, offered a price that was not inexpensive but significantly less than RR. Very pleased with the work and clean-up. Not 5 stars because of the cost of a Sunday sewer clean out. I would use them again.

Had an issue with replacing a copper pipe at my house. I called them and explained my situation and they were here with in the hour.

Came to do a bid and bid really high instead of telling me that he didn't want to do the project.. I have run in to this before with contractors. I have been running jobs for decades. Oh well.

I found water leaking in the morning at 8, Aug-25-15 and called Water Heaters Only. They respond quickly and made appointment at 10. The technician Alex B arrived at 10. He installed the new water heater but found something is wrong with it. So he installed another new one. He is really good about what he is doing. I had a buzzing sound in my pipes when I turned on the hot water. Christian and Marcos came out but have never seen the issue. After collaboration with his team, it was deemed that the high water pressure was causing the pipes to vibrate. Also discovered that the PRV (Pressure Release Valve) installed by my contractor was in the wrong location. He was able to adjust the PRV to relieve the pressure going to the house and that fixed the problem. A sign of great teamwork from EJ Plumbing. Will definitely reach out to them for future plumbing work.
