I called them because I thought there was an issue with my water softener. I spoke with Jason, and he gave me some recommendations to try and troubleshoot the problem myself. He took the time to answer all my questions. It turns out the noise I was hearing was unrelated to my water softener. EDIT: Called them again for advice on upgrading my water softener or not. Marty, the owner, came and tested the water hardness and said the current system was still efficient, just needed to regenerate more frequently. Super friendly service, can't recommend enough!

Hector the technician was nice and communicative but they promised to come out the same day and then a few hours later called to say they could not come till the next day. By then i had stopped calling other plumbers expecting to have my problem fixed that day. i asked for a manager to call me back and they said they would within 48 hours. Nobody did. Next day they fixed it and i told them i wanted to speak with a manager and again, nobody called. The same issue with the same piece of equipment happened the next day after they fixed it and i called them and they could not send somebody to fix it until the next day. Again, i asked to speak with a manager and nobody has called back.

They provided us with honest and friendly service from start to finish. The lady on the phone was nice and professional and scheduled me with a quick appointment. My guys were very professional and got the job done and even fixed another minor issue (floater chain) with no charge.

Edgar absolutely knew what he was doing from the beginning and throughout the job. He diagnosed the problem quickly and once the job was underway he showed me the correctness of his judgement both with a camera inserted in the waste pipe and later by showing me the condition of sections of pipe as they were removed. He explained clearly how they intended to proceed and what steps would be involved. Throughout the job both Edgar and Jason worked diligently and made sure we had use of our water before they left each evening. After finishing, the section of concrete sidewalk that had to be cut was restored to a matching condition.

Martin and his team installed a tankless water heater and water softener on the outside of the house and removed the old water heater plus piping up into the ceiling.
