They came out last week to replace my water heater they didn’t charge to much I paid for professional clean service and they were also very nice I didn’t feel uncomfortable with them in my house over all great service

TLDR: David Sanchez is my HERO.I was panicking when I saw that my dishwasher wouldn't drain, my garbage disposal stopped working, and my kitchen sink wouldn't drain. I was scare that it would be a huge process of repairs. I called Rooter Hero Plumbing and they said a technician would be by THAT SAME DAY. Best of all, they will check what your issue is for free, give you an estimate, and only charge you if they actually need to do the work! I of course wanted the work done. I was lucky to get David Sanchez as my plumbing expert. He not only solved ALL OF THE ISSUES within 15 minutes, he also showed me what to look for in the future. He gave me tips for my garbage disposal, and told me how I can tell if it ever starts to go bad. He explained how my dishwasher drain system worked, and ran it so I could see how it drains. He found what was clogging my drain and put a strainer in my sink so that something large can never fall down my sink again! He was extremely knowledgeable, very nice, and respectful of my home (he wore a mask the whole time and those things you put over your shoes before coming inside). He also said if anything happens within 30 days, I can call the company and they will come out and check again and fix it. I now have everything working perfectly and I can't thank David Sanchez enough! Thank you Rooter Hero! I will only be using you from now on!

Adrian originally came out to deal with two separate issues. A leaking hose in one toilet and a less obvious leaking toilet on a second floor that has caused some water damage on the first floor ceiling He diagnosed both and repaired. Less than an week later, one of the toilets started malfunctioning again,. Rayne courteously sent him back out to repair the issue at no additional cost. I consider that excellent customer service. Adrian was very pleasant and courteous. Would recommend and will use again.

These guys are just so good from start to finish. From the first call talking to a really pleasant person instead of endless prompts, to Phil, the guy who cleaned out our sewer line and who was super nice, experienced, professional and on time and who did the work exactly as estimated at a very reasonable rate. And the follow up call I needed to make after hours to a voicemail system that works flawlessly and got the message to the right person, they clearly pay attention to the little things as well as big... it just adds up to an excellent experience worth writing about. HIGHLY recommended.

A well-deserved 5 Stars for Jose and Pipe-Thru Trenchless Plumbing for the estimate, the actual work, the clean up, and the cost. Trenchless was definitely the way to go. My job was done to perfection, and the cost was lower than other estimates.

Jose was super responsive when scheduling the estimate. The estimate was thorough and detailed and included pulling permits. The crew showed up on time, was friendly (I kept coming out to take pictures of the progress) and finished ahead of the estimated time (my wife liked having the sewer back). After the city inspection, they thoroughly compacted when refilling the hole. They even carefully uncovered some irises they had to cover with dirt. The irises look no worse for the wear. There's no way to tell they were even here.

They diagnosed the blockage and returned the next day to do the work of digging down to the sewer lateral, replacing the 'clog' (actually it was a misaligned pipe), replaced the pipe and installed a clean-out...... all done by some really nice young fellows that I wish I could give you their names.

Absolutely excellent service-Martin responded promptly, worked efficiently and accomplished the repairs in short order. Reasonably priced. I will definitely use him again
