Our repairman was John Lillie. This guy was top notch... knew exactly what he was doing and just did it, no up charging, realistic recommendations on repairing and long term maintenance. I reached out to Genmor because my mom had her pipes installed with them. When the city came out to inspect, they asked her who did her pipes? She told them Genmor and the inspector stated, they did a great job. For my place, I not only had my pipes completely re piped but, had the shower heads in both bathrooms raised. I am super happy with they sealed up the walls even with the job after. I also installed a water filter at the main. I can already fell a difference how my water feels to me. I love love it! They took their time, explained thoroughly to me the job. Also the sheetrock came out awesome. Would highly recommend them! :)

Technicians are always professional and friendly, but the price of $440 just to unclog the sewer line is way excessive. Also why you advertise no contact policy, while customers have to sign paperwork and give CC? Very outdated.

I signed up after Anthony Mortin's initial home visit about water heater replacement project. Anthony is a delightful young man who came across very knowledgeable in plumbing issues while exhibited his personal enthusiasm to help resolve plumbing concerns which all helped to gain my trust. Anthony is courteous, professional and personable. The installation crew were professional at their work. Be prepared for their price tag, however it is balanced with a company crew interested to stand behind their work and maintain a long term working relationship with the customers. I wouldn't hesitate to refer, it's a keeper!

I typically don’t write reviews, but I had been living through an absolute sewer nightmare and Alejandro (#98) from Drain Doctor completely rescued the situation this morning. I am beyond happy with the work he was able to do. I am putting in a washing machine and it required tying into the 4” sewer for the grey water. I made the initial mistake of hiring a plumber who ended up leaving his inexperienced son do most of the work and resulted in a multitude of issues.

I then hired another plumber from another company to try and fix the first plumbers mistakes but ultimately the problems ended up getting larger and larger. Over the course of two weeks my backyard was all dug up, and I had sections of 4” ABS with back grade and was potentially looking at digging up more of the yard and spending even more money.

That is when I called Drain Doctor. Alejandro came out to assess the situation and talked through a couple options. In a period of around 2 hours he was able to take the poorly configured existing ABS and cut some portions out get it all lined up. Despite being dealt a bad hand from previous cemented connections that had less than ideal pitches, he went the extra mile to ensure that I had the proper slope/grade throughout.

I will definitely call Drain Doctor and try to request Alejandro for any plumbing issues I might have in the future. What you are paying for is people like Alejandro’s expertise, and I can tell you 1-2 hours of Alejandro’s time was better spent than several days of the other plumbers I had worked with throughout this ordeal. Looking back, my biggest regret is not calling Drain Doctor from the beginning. I would have ultimately saved thousands of dollars and got 2 weeks of my life back.

Came to do a bid and bid really high instead of telling me that he didn't want to do the project.. I have run in to this before with contractors. I have been running jobs for decades. Oh well.

We called CMS needing a water heater replacement, and after asking if we were without hot water they said they would try to rush getting a new one for us. They set us up for an appointment the very next morning, and Nickolas from CMS showed up promptly and started to work on it. Nickolas was friendly and very professional, and he did a great job replacing our old water heater.

Update 1/27/23: A week after installation we found that the water heater was leaking from one of the hoses, and promptly called CMS plumbing and let them know. The dispatch one of their plumbers named Louie within a few hours and he came to check it out. Louie was very friendly and knowledgeable, and was able to fix the issue and get it back up and running. Louie also took extra time to check everything out on the water heater to make sure nothing else was wrong, and cleaned up all the water so it was ready to go. Excellent work!

I'm very happy with my experience with EJ Plumbing. Chris took care of us (our original installer - not EJ - did not install it properly and it never worked right.) Once Chris figured out the problem - all went well. The owner even stopped by to check on us!
