Matt was extremely upbeat and positive, especially unusual given that is was a cold, dark, Saturday night and he was working outside. Will absolutely use them again. I would highly recommend Duy and his crew for plumbing service without any hesitation. We had emergency plumbing issue at night. We called Local Rooter and Duy came to our house as soon as he can to do the diagnosis. He quickly identified the issue and quoted reasonable price for the service. The next day morning, Luis and Duy worked so hard and fixed our plumbing issue. We’re very happy about that and will definitely call them again if we need any other plumbing service.

I called Chandler Plumbing with a water heater emergency for a rental property. They responded immediately, and set up a service call for the same day, actually within a few hours. The technician showed up on time, and was able to replace my water heater right away. They were fast, professional and took care to protect the area that they were working and while removing the old water heater. The price was exactly what they quoted and I would definitely use them again. I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with their service.

I don't know what to say when he broke the cleanout pipe. He said that it was rust. I mentioned to go thru the kitchen pipe. Somehow heput it back but I'm not sure it wouldn't leak. I will inspect to see for what sort of course I need to take. I'm updating my comment when Ron from ROOTER HERO called this morning about my concern and told me to send out an inspector for my concern. Danny and Jason came by, inspected, and repaired the pipe to my full satisfaction. What a professional service! Yes, they gave me a confident and reliable service that I will call them again for my future plumbing needs.

$15 sewer and drain plumbers are the best. They have very competent plumbers. Customer service is top notch. They are honest, sincere, high integrity, reasonable and competent. Our water heater started leaking and we discovered it late in the day. There was no shut off valve and the leak was pretty severe. I called Miracle Plumbing after hours and spoke with Phil. He was super nice and understanding. He found someone in the area and the plumber, Ryan, arrived within the hour. Ryan was incredible. He worked outside in the dark and was as nice and professional as could be. Ryan came back the next day and with Phil, they installed a new water heater and fixed the damaged area, as well as put us in contact with the remediation company. We could not be happier with their work, professionalism and responsiveness. Ryan was also kind enough to speak with the insurance adjuster to answer her questions. We are so grateful they were able to help us. We will absolutely call them again for any future plumbing needs. Thank you Ryan and Phil!

Once again I had the same problem as several weeks ago with toilets backing up into tubs and showers. Robert Garcia did a wonderful job the first time and had to come today to do it again. It seems the issue is the main pipes under the house the park is responsible for. But, Robert got it all cleaned out again and hopefully it won’t happen again. He’s really good at what he does!

Two men showed up to my house today to inspect a plumbing pipe leak. They were highly professional, even wearing covers on their shoes before entering. We called CMS needing a water heater replacement, and after asking if we were without hot water they said they would try to rush getting a new one for us. They set us up for an appointment the very next morning, and Nickolas from CMS showed up promptly and started to work on it. Nickolas was friendly and very professional, and he did a great job replacing our old water heater.

Update 1/27/23: A week after installation we found that the water heater was leaking from one of the hoses, and promptly called CMS plumbing and let them know. The dispatch one of their plumbers named Louie within a few hours and he came to check it out. Louie was very friendly and knowledgeable, and was able to fix the issue and get it back up and running. Louie also took extra time to check everything out on the water heater to make sure nothing else was wrong, and cleaned up all the water so it was ready to go. Excellent work!

Saw the truck down the street today and asked if the team had time. They directed me to the website and I was able to find a same day appointment, which was convenient. And Luis who came to assist was professional, helpful, and polite. Thank you!
