We had Michael come out recently and he did a great job. Tiffany in the office was able to squeeze us in same day also! Price was fair, fast and efficient! Will definitely call Marti’s again!

I specifically had Johnny come out to take a look at a shower diverter valve that I managed to totally destroy by “fixing” it myself. I broke the entire thing apart inside the wall. The communication leading up to the appointment was excellent. I was sent text messages confirming the date and time and Johnny was very punctual. He took a look and let me know that he would do his best to fix my mess, but if he could not fix it he would not charge me. That was way MORE than fair as far as I was concerned. I would have paid for his expertise and time even if my mess-up could not be quickly resolved.

Ultimately, I did damage the valve beyond quick repair and as promised he stated he was not going to charge for his time. He gave me a quote to come back and replace the entire valve which required cutting into the wall opposite my shower. He also instructed me to go and purchase a new faucet at a local store so that I had one that I liked. One week later he came back and again the communication was excellent and Johnny was right on time. He was very efficient and his workmanship was top notch. Not only did he completely replace the diverter valve, but he also installed the tub faucet and shower head. That was not at all expected and was an excellent bonus!

The price was excellent, the service and professionalism were top notch. I will be calling these guys for ALL of my future needs and referring as much as possible.

Inexpensive drain cleaning, but of course, they try and upsell you. The technician wanted me to get a Hydrojet flushing, but I passed as they wanted $600 for this service and I think it can be purchased for less.

I contacted several plumbing companies to unclog the drains in our house. Elite Rooter reponded first and they understood right away what I need. Some other guys proposed to come out for estimate etc. Obviously, they did not read my message about flooding toilet.Elite Rooter gave me the lowest estimate and they have decent rating, so I contacted them and requested the service. They gave me 9-11am next day window, the technician called me at 8:30am and gave exact time of arrival. He came right on time and unclogged the drain.

We had a bad office backup. It was right before x-mass and most plumbing companies were off and not taking calls. We found Genmor Plumbing and they came out right away, we cant say thank you enough!

My kitchen faucet was very loose, and I couldn't tighten it. Of course, this happened on a weekend. Roto Rooter, the third company I called, scheduled an appointment right away. (Despite listing 24 hr./7 day a week service, the others couldn't come for 2-3 days.) Luckily, Greg Gonzalez showed up. He fixed the faucet, but I also asked him about getting hot water in under 10 minutes to a bathroom sink at the back of the house. He explained why I had this problem and recommended a small water heater to fix that problem. I did some research and emailed him several alternatives. He recommended the one that also had the highest rated reviews I read. Because Greg could also handle all the electrical issues (which some rooter people can't ), he installed and wired it and updated my 50+ year-old not-up-to-code outlets. The angle stop valves under the sink leaked, so I had Greg replace them and the others in the house that were stuck and over 50 years old. Never did Greg push the extra services. I requested them having seen his expertise, knowledge, and skill.

Excellent company excellent plumbers. Out water heater ruptured in the middle of the night and we had a plumber contacting us with next steps almost immediately at 2am. Greg, our plumber went above and beyond trying to get our hot water back as soon as possible and as cost effectively as possible and we can’t thank him enough for that. Great communication and a quick install. Can’t see us using anyone else for our plumbing needs.

My master bedroom bathroom has been leaking water under the faucet pipe for over a year. The water has been leaking into my vanity. I have been reluctant to use the plumber due to Covid situation. I wanted to see if I could use tools to fix it myself. Oh boy was I wrong. We went shopping for our daughter's birthday party and came home 2 hours later with the first floor flooded. I called several plumbers before I called SWAGS Plumbing and Rooter. They responded and came about one hour later. The break was inside the walls and required leak detection. Before leaving for the weekend the plumber was able to determine that it was the hot water pipe that was leaking. This provided us with at least cold water during the party and for the weekend. When they came after the weekend they were able to determine where the leak came from on their first attempt. They opened the wall and repaired the pipe expeditiously. They were very professional and meticulous when it came to their work and our home. We were updated on a regular basis on their progress. They showed us where the leak was and what actually caused it. We were so fortunate that, on our third call to a plumber, we reached SWAGS Plumbing and Rooter and that they were available within an hour to come to the rescue. I would strongly recommend SWAGS Plumbing and Rooter for any type of plumbing and rooter service.

We called Drain Doctor this morning about a clogged drain in our kids’ bathroom sink (pretty sure there were toys and things down there). Martin arrived on-time at our house. I showed the clogged drain and asked whether a new faucet could also be installed. He quoted a fair price, we agreed, and he replaced the trap and installed the new faucet within a couple of hours. I could not have been more pleased! On a Sunday morning I discovered water bubbling up through the expansion joints of my driveway. My main water line to the house had sprung a leak. I left a message Sunday afternoon and was promptly called back Monday morning. Service Manager Kem was at my house Monday afternoon to investigate. A very reasonable quote was provided Tuesday afternoon and work commenced on Wednesday morning. The work completed by Humberto and Melvin, under Kem's direction, was speedy, clean and they were able to complete the job in one long day. Great job! Everything went smooth from initial call to the on-site clean up. I would not hesitate to call them again.
