I've been working with O'Grady's for our building's plumbing needs for many years and the quality they deliver has remained stellar. When I called to ask for some help with a dying water heater as well as two others I thought might be faulty, Jonathan said he could have a plumber come out within the hour. What? So fast!

Jake came on time as promised and confirmed that the 12 year old heater had to be replaced. But after poking around the other two heaters assessed there was no problem with those and set them right again.

He headed out to purchase a new water heater and made it so easy for me. I really appreciate how smart and resourceful he was.

I really really regretted hiring Ace Plumbing. I hired them to fix a code violation with my water heater. While I was able to get a guy to come out and do the work, albeit very slowly, the owner of Ace refused to get the permits necessary to do get the city's sign off. I called, I followed up, talked to their front desk and no one ever called me back. The guy that did the work said it was all up to the owner, his hands were tied. Apparently the owner couldn't be bothered, he was not even around much. After two months of trying to get the job completed and trying to get ACE to pull the permits and finish, I had to hire someone else that pulled permits and did the work within a week. I would not recommend them.

Called Discount Plumbing because they had great reviews on Google. I called on a Friday evening and they were able to book me in for a slot Saturday 11am-2pm for a technician to show up for water heater repair. The technician Franklin was very patient and honest. He repeatedly answered the same questions my family members had and remained patient the whole time. He was professional and took time to show us how to flush and service the water heater for future maintenance. Thanks Franklin S!

We had bursts of flame coming out from the bottom of our water heater - not a good thing! Called Magic Plumbing because they were listed as a service provider for our brand of water heater. From the phone call, to the service call, to the ultimate replacement of the unit, the entire staff were friendly and professional. They gave us a range of options of what we could do: repair or replace with enough information to feel like we made an informed decision. I will definitely call them again for future work (that I hope I won't need anytime soon!).

When I called the phone was answered directly by Paul and he immediately sent Alex within an hour to come service my hot water heater. It was determined that it needed replacement and was replaced the same day. Alex was great! I highly recommend Excalibur Water Heaters! -Ed

The two service techs Gustavo and Evelio were true professionals. They honed in on the issue of our water pressure and trouble shot it immediately. Cleaned out the pipes and perfectly installed our new faucet. We had hot water with great pressure in no time. The time before this, Gustavo came out with Mike and he was also great. Knowledgeable and super friendly. My 2 yr old son loved him. All of the guys were respectful and clearly knew what they were doing. Great plumbers that get the customer service aspect.

These guys were great. I called them out initially do to a test only for the Oakland sewer lateral compliance program. My line failed miserably and I ended up hiring them to replace my sewer line instead. They only charged me for the replacement! They were quick efficient and clean. I would do business with them again

Not punctual. I left work early to meet them during the arranged time window. Not only did they not show up, but also didn't let me know they were going to be late. How can you trust them to do a good job, when they disrespect the customer like that?

If I could give a zero I would. This place is nothing but a ripoff. We had to use them since this is the only place our home warranty allowed. Since March we had been dealing with the screen not working on our water heater. After around 12 visits, over $7,000 in costs for a new water heater and prior visits, they now left us with a water heater that is tripping the outlet GFCI about every 4 hours! When I called for their assistance to help, they wipes there hands clean and said I can either call an electrician or another plumber, but they are done with services for me. So 9 months later we are in worse shape than when we started. They don’t back their work, go somewhere else!

Incredibly responsive, professional and accommodating. Reasonable price to repair, and happy with the service. Highly recommend!
