Repaired broken pipe in the crawl space of my house
I used O'Grady service in 5-2020. Water Dept notified me water leakage. AWR(American Water Resources) referred me to O'Grady. They came immediately and detected leakage in 2 toilets due to faulty flappers. They got parts next day and fixed them. Up to this day both toilets in good shape.

Matteo Rizzolo did a fantastic job clearing the water line of roots and getting submerged water heaters back on. Matteo was highly experienced, professional, and hardworking. O'Grady's pressurized hydro cleaner busted through the roots when a competitor's standard rooter would not do the job. I highly recommend Matteo and O'Grady Plumbing!

Paul and his crew have been helping me since 2001 with my 140 year old Victorian building six units plus a restaurant on Haight Street. Each time he proposed cost effective solutions and executed the work flawlessly. They worked on the sewer lines sometimes in a 3 foot tall crawlspace under an operating restaurant, once from a 30 ft ladder on the back of the building and again replacing a main line under the busy sidewalk. It seemed like magic that they could do what they did without inconveniencing my tenants or the public.
I'm very happy how my experience turned out with O'Grady Plumbing. Their staff is very kind and I could tell they were working hard to give me the most value for the price I could afford. John especially is very kind and accommodating. I'll never choose another plumber in San Francisco other than O'Grady!

I manage a building in the inner richmond. One of my tenants flushed an entire tub of baby wipes down her toilet over several several days, this created HAVOC IN THE BUILDING. There was water backing up everywhere. I called O'Grady plumbing AT NOON ON A SUNDAY!!!!!! AT 2:30 PM their truck rolled up, diagnosed the problem and had the drain fixed in less than an hour. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. when you want customer service for a plumbing issue. LOOK NO FURTHER THAN OGRADY PLUMBING. i WOULD GIVE THEM 10 STARS IF I COULD

After sending in a plumbing contractor that could not locate the water shut off in this old building, Mateo was able to track it down and fix the issue. O'Grady is the best and I won't use the rest.
The project was in 2015, but it was a BIG project to deal with water intrusion into our house. I can never thank O'Grady plumbing enough for all they did. Their work has held up and (please knock on wood) we haven't had a drop of water come into the house since. Work that has truly stood the test of time!

O'Grady Plumbing has been wonderful to work with! Managing our office building, there is always something to fix and our plumbing is no different. When called, O'Grady Plumbing has been on time, very professional, and excellent communication! They have moved to the top of my vendor list to handle all of our plumbing.
O’Grady was great. They came in, did a thorough job. The work has held up. Had to replace pipes under my sink & rather than mess w having my landlord do a slapdash job, I called them— got a reasonable quote and work is done. I’d recommend them.
The O'Grady team was super helpful, responsive and easy to deal with. Office folks were on top of scheduling etc, and onsite crew turned up when they said they would and got the job done as promised. (And for the 2 nights when the pipes were uncovered, they left the earth in the tidiest pile of dirt I've ever seen.) We've used them for several smaller jobs before but the big one went super smoothly.

I had a vexing problem in my condo that I mistakenly thought was a plumbing leak. The plumber who came to inspect my situation was very methodical and professional. He was able to rule out a leak and instead identified the actual problem. Very well worth the minimum service fee of $125 for the piece of mind it gave me and the clear plan of action to deal with my situation.

Jake and the team helped replace a commercial water heater. They beat everyone else's price and completed the job quickly. There was some follow up work after installation which they responded to quickly. O'Grady should be on the short list for plumbing vendors.
Good service but way too expensive.
The staff is always friendly and explains thoroughly what needs to be done and why. Pricing is pretty standard and fair. Their response time is quite good as well. I have used their services several times and have never had any issues. Would definitely recommend.

I've been working with O'Grady's for our building's plumbing needs for many years and the quality they deliver has remained stellar. When I called to ask for some help with a dying water heater as well as two others I thought might be faulty, Jonathan said he could have a plumber come out within the hour. What? So fast!
Jake came on time as promised and confirmed that the 12 year old heater had to be replaced. But after poking around the other two heaters assessed there was no problem with those and set them right again.
He headed out to purchase a new water heater and made it so easy for me. I really appreciate how smart and resourceful he was.
These guys are tip top. I can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you to the entire O'Grady's team.

We needed a new sewer lateral for two adjacent buildings in Noe Valley. This was a complicated and expensive project that O’Grady handled professionally, quickly and less expensively than any of the other plumbing companies we interviewed. My sewer line was clogged. They arrived promptly and removed the clog.
For the past 7+ years we were having problems with our downstairs toilets causing major clogs and periodic flooding in our basement. It has truly been a nightmare to deal with. After 8+ plumbers giving random ideas that never worked I was referred to o’Grady who solved an extremely complex problem. I was on the verge of breaking ground and redoing piping until Mateo and Brendan from O’Grady came to the rescue. They ran the camera for hours and they were able to locate a piece of metal in the pipe that was causing the severe clogging. Mateo attached a magnet to his camera and was able to snake back out the large piece of metal that was stuck 20 feet into the pipe. Truly impressive work of plumbing and innovative thinking that saved me time and money. I can not thank Mateo, Brendan, and O’Grady enough for all the help!!!!!

Broken sewer line on Christmas eve, 2 men came out to access the situation and had it replaced shortly after the permits cleared, was impressed how my property was cleared and cleaned shortly after completing the sewer, very much appreciated for the Men at Ogradys, particularly at that time of the year.
I have finally found a professional plumber who does the right thing. Matteo is the best. Nothing more is need to be said.
Extremely professional and expert plumbers! They immediately identified what looked to be a very complicated plumbing issue with drain clogging. I have had a recurring issue with my toilet that had become a real embarrassment when I had guests over. Other companies have given me estimates to fix it / replace it, but it was just too pricey. When I finally called O'Grady plumbing they informed me it didn't have to cost me an arm and a leg. I was sold on a low flow toilet that will actually save me money in the long run.
