Great experience! Mo was super prompt in setting up an appointment time and making the repair. Work was very high quality, professional and reasonably priced. Would not hesitate to call him again for any plumbing-related issue.

These will be the go to guys if I ever need plumbing work done in the future. Our sewage system decided to take a dump, literally, and we called Mo and he came out and gave us a couple estimates the same day. We called a couple other places but they charged more and with the great reviews on Yelp we decided to go with One Source Plumbing. Mo, the owner, does all the work with a couple other helpers so you can trust he’ll do the job right! Everything he does is up to city code and standards and he works very efficiently. Was able to tear out our sewage pipes and put in new piping and had our plumbing back up and running the next day. Highly recommend One Source if you have anything small to large jobs.

From the 1st call to Jenna, who went out of her way to fit me in 2 days earlier than my horrible warranty company stated.

Zach arrived earlier than scheduled that day. What I thought was just a p trap issue, turned to be a nightmare to me. He tried to solve the issue, but turned out to be a worse problem.
The next day my home warranty company, Choice Home Warranty, denied further work.

I was so impressed with his performance and due diligence, that I decided to pay out of my own pocket, to have them return.

Zach returned with Renaldo, and together fixed it quickly, saving me more hundreds of dollars, plus gave me a break dollarwise.

During the Crisis, my tenant called this company and for a leaky faucet and they charged 650 dollars. It took the person less than an hour. So, the value is not there at 500 dollars for 45 minutes of work.

One Source Plumbing & Rooter completed a very complex plumbing job for me in San Francisco. I met One Source at a critical time when my rental property need the main sewer line replaced. At the time, and the sewer had a mysterious foul order coming from an unknown source and it was not because of a backup.
One Source diagnosed and proposed a solution to the plumbing issues. They replaced the main sewer line and all adjacent old clay pipes which required requesting San Francisco City permits on short notice. This was a very complex job with many moving parts and One Source Plumbing managed the complexities of the plumbing job flawlessly.
Mosfa's communication skills are outstanding and he remains calm under pressure and offers timely solutions. For example, he sends daily updates with pictures so you are well informed on the progress of the job.
I would recommend One Source Plumbing without any hesitation whatsoever for small to very complex plumbing jobs.

Mo did a good job for us - installed a water heater expansion tank and replaced a pressure reducing valve on the main line. Mo ensured that everything was working properly and there were no leaks. Mo was very attentive to details. Thank you!
