Best Tankless Water Heater Maintenance in San Francisco CA

Had a huge water bill so I called to have leak detection service. They were fast and courteous. Didn’t find a cause showed me confirmation that nothing was leaking. They were very professional

Worked hard, knew what needed to be done and got the water heater booster under kitchen sink replaced and added drainage hose for pressure emergencies. Friendly and professional!

O’Grady was great. They came in, did a thorough job. The work has held up. Had to replace pipes under my sink & rather than mess w having my landlord do a slapdash job, I called them— got a reasonable quote and work is done. I’d recommend them.

Alan had called me prior to discuss a difficult work matter involving accessing the inside of a gas fireplace that was outside his jurisdiction and duty. After our discussion I felt comfortable in Alan's analysis to try to get inside to do the repair work. As it turns out Alan accomplished and completed the repair successfully and professionally. Ace has done two repair jobs in my building and both were done efficiently and with absolute professionalism. They installed a new regulator for our water main and repaired and replaced aging pipes beneath the kitchen sink.

I had an urgent situation on Friday with bath faucet stripped. My wife was ill so we needed the bath. Called several plumbing companies who could not respond until Monday. They responded within an hour, fixed the problem, cleaned up. All for $99. I am replacing our building plumbing company with this company.

These guys were great. I called them out initially do to a test only for the Oakland sewer lateral compliance program. My line failed miserably and I ended up hiring them to replace my sewer line instead. They only charged me for the replacement! They were quick efficient and clean. I would do business with them again

I had a clogged drain that I couldn't fix myself, so I searched and saw that Smelly Mel's was local and had good reviews. I filled out the online form (or at least, I think I did) but didn't hear from anyone by the next morning, so I called and someone was able to schedule a technician to come check out the situation. I asked what the price range would be, because I didn't know what to expect. She told me that the technician would give me a free estimate.

I would definitely recommend everyone to research prices before making an appointment, because I really didn't know what to expect and had a shock when I heard it would cost about $450 to clear out my pipes. Actually, the regular price is about $500 and it was $450 with a new customer discount.

The technician was punctual, very professional, and did a great job, as everything has been working perfectly since. It was also very easy to schedule service. I'm deducting one star because I think prices should be more upfront. There are no prices listed on their website, and as I noted earlier, when I called to schedule service I wasn't able to get pricing information in advance.

(Unrelated to this review, but maybe helpful to others: I found out later that my HOA has a service that could have done this without cost. Do your research!!)

We had Chosen Rooter and Plumbing to take care of drain back up from washer into our kitchen sink. They were very courteous and professional. They scheduled the appointment quickly and showed up on time. I like their time window of 2 hours rather than 4 hours which some other pluming company had offered last time . . Mario who had come for the appointment was great and very knowledgeable. He could identify the problem and fixed it nicely . I would highly recommend them for any plumbing work.

I just posted a photo of the new toilet Ace installed. Our house has had Ace out numerous times to resolve various issues relating to our building's age (1880's) and the shoddy DIY work of previous owners. These guys have always been nice. Upfront, accurate estimates before work begins. In this particular bathroom Ace advised us we could either keep fighting the issue or simply replace the toilet. They let me select, from the variety at the big box hardware store, for whichever toilet would meet my needs (and fit). Dude! I so wish we'd done this long ago. It looks so sweet and the flush so reliable without threatening to overflow.
