Friendly, fast and effective. I've got a pretty old stove fireplace (~20yrs) that had been working decently well up until a month ago. The pilot become unreliable. The guys who came out were quick to understand the problem, gave me an immediate estimate and got to work. Within a couple hours they had the stove up and running smoothly again.

I would definitely recommend them to anyone in SF/bay area who is having trouble with an old fireplace or which just needs maintenance.

Ace came out on a Saturday evening to help with a leak discovered earlier that day. Quick service from Yousef and he took the time to find the problem, offer the right solution (toilet replacement) and get the job done that day so that the bathroom could be used. He even came back a few days later to finish up a few things we discovered earlier. Thanks to Ace and Yousef for doing the job the same day and doing it right!

Daniel showed up on time 9 a.m. Thursday, cleared out the tree roots that seem to be the cause of the clogged garage to street drain, and tested it afterward. The entire job was done in under an hour. Very professional. The job was done with 60 day service warranty (one service recall). My wife was very happy with the job performance.
The cost is high in my opinion at $365/hour. Daniel did tell my wife about the cost/hour upfront and the wife did agree to it. I am open to any correction on my perception on cost since I do not know current typical average rate. My prior data points were that these kind of jobs should be in the $100-150 range, and I am willing to pay up to $200.
