JDrains is one you can trust. Excellent customer service both on the field and in the office. Jason(owner) knows his stuff. And as a customer, that's what I look for in a service.

I contacted J Drains based on the referral of a friend. I called and the voice mailbox was full, but within 20 minutes I received a call back from Jason, the owner. I walked him through my problem (sewer was backing up at the clean-out on the property line). He discussed several remedial strategies based on listening to my assessment, where his price estimate was better than competitors by several hundred dollars. He then also said based on where it is - sewer backed up to the street - you should contact the City [of San Jose], they will likely come out and deal with this for you for free. He was shocked that other plumbers I'd called *hadn't bothered to inform me of that option*. Jason was 100% right; I called the city, and they sent a truck out 20 minutes later and cleared the problem right up. Cost to me - $0 (included in my municipal taxes). I know where I'll be turning for my future plumbing needs and advice. Thank you, Jason & co.!

Jdrains is fast and very reliable.they came out and fixed my leaky water heater within 30mins .jason and his crew are very helpful and nice .i would recommend them

Jason (owner) is a great person to work with. I called about 10 plumbing company’s on a Saturday and he was the first to call me back. He came over and helped me out right away. Jason is a true knowledgeable professional to work with. I had a complicated issue at my house and he was dedicated to seeing me through the end and making sure I always understood what was going with the plumbing. As a contractor myself I could not recommend him more to work with. His right hand man Frank has good plumbing jokes too!

It’s always nerve-racking when you’re trying to find a plumber or other type of home repair company. J Drains came referred from a coworker who had used them recently extremely nice and straightforward. They were one of the few companies were willing to give a quote over the phone or they came quickly and offered many options for repairs and allow me to choose the one. I thought that was best. Definitely recommend them if you need any type of plumbing work.

I haven't worked with Jason yet but Francisco has helped clear my main sewer line twice now and has been helping me through the process of considering trenchless. Francisco's customer service & work ethic have been amazing.
