So, I booked 24-hour emergency plumbing services to accurately locate the leak and fix the issue quickly. Their customer service is excellent. The professionals came to assist me in 60 minutes. We had a main line clog at a rental property. Rescue Rooter sent out a tech named Tom the next day who was friendly and professional, and most important he cleared the clog in no time. Our Tech Sam Basave was on time and even put booties on to protect my floors. He inspected our system, washed our filter, reinstalled. Measure the heat from the vents. Very knowledgeable. Explained dampers and their efficiency. We are going to call to have installed. Informed us about our yearly program expiring, I activated another year. We also scheduled for air conditioning to be checked before August. Easy, fast and satisfied. They are professional experts at reasonable prices. In addition to installing a new a/c & heating unit. They also upgraded my old cast iron kitchen plumbing which was leaking under the house, which they had to cutout & repair the drywall. The repair looks like nothing ever happened. They cleaned up and even hauled away all the old plumbing. Your mind is put at ease when they explain the problem and how they are going to repair it. The courteousness of all the employees is very remarkable and reassuring. I am glad to be a customer now and in the future.

They don't answer the phone. Goes right to voicemail. When they do call, they are rude. Hung up on me when I said the date and time they gave me for service wasn't going to work for me.
