PIC plumbing responded in a timely manner corrected my shower faucet. Without having to cut a hole in the drywall which saved me money or replace the tub because it was old.I would highly recommend Eric. He identified the problem he was able to correct it. Based on my experience I would highly recommend CORE plumbing. They communicate well, the technician was knowledgeable, skilled, and quickly fixed an emergency issue with a copper pipe in my attic at a fair price. I also appreciate their use of technology to document the service performed including photographs. All this with personal care from the owners and staff.

I scheduled an appointment, and my wife took the day off work. They gave us a 4 hour window and said they would call her before coming. When they didn't call or show up, I called them to find out what was going on. Only then did they call my wife with some story about how they couldn't get a hold of us. When she said she'd been home all day and had received no calls, they said they didn't know what happened. While they did apologize and offer to send someone the next day, we declined decided to find a more reliable company.The only reason I gave them 2-Stars instead of 1 is because they were at least polite when they finally contacted my wife.

Water heater at my home was giving extremely hot water. My wife called EZ Plumbing USA based in Orange County as she saw their positive reviews online. Their plumber arrived and inspected the water heater thoroughly. He told me that the thermostat temperature setting must be too high and the heater requires some replacements. He removed the access panel, insulation and plastic safety guard and adjusted the temperature settings. He replaced the plastic safety guard, access panel, & insulation. My heater is functioning properly now.

Pablo came out today and fixed up a water valve behind the fridge. I live in a high-rise in down town and he was able to work with the on-site tech and finish the job in 30 minutes. He was well prepared for the job and we had no leaks during the process. He also tested it before you left to make sure there were no leaks. Thank you Fox!

I had Randy install a commercial grade water heater at my small apartment complex. He was ontime, well dressed, polite and knowledgeable both when he came to make an estimate and when he performed the install.A friend of mine, a maintenance person for several larger apartment properties, inspected the completed job. He was impressed with the price and quality of the heater and parts used.It is comforting having such a reasonably priced, easily accessible and licensed one person operation backing up the work. I will use Ascend for future plumbing jobs.

Great service, I had an emergency type situation which took about 20 hours to fix. The plumber/plumbers where on time for both days. Great job and would call them again in the future (I hope not) but you all know about the sewer.

Wonderful experience. I like that they do follow code so that you won't have problems later from the city. They do quality work and deal with all the paperwork dealing with codes, asbestos and rebates. The workers are very friendly, personable and will explain things. They clean up after themselves and don't leave things lying around which is wonderful for my mother who is limited in mobility. Very respectful of her needs. The office staff and scheduling department are very friendly as well. They keep communication open if there is a change. I will be using them again and have been doing so for years both in AC/H and in plumbing.

My sinks were draining slow after numerous attempts to clean them myself. I called Get Rooter and they were able to come out very quickly and fix the problem at a reasonable price. Manny (not sure how to spell it) was very professional and patient. I will be using this company in the future for any plumbing needs.

Greg, Michael, and Rolando were very competent and professional. Greg took the time to explain everything after he diagnosed the problem. They were respectful of cleanliness - they wore shoe protectors when in the house and cleaned everything up when they were finished working. We were impressed by their attention to detail and felt confident that the work had been done correctly when they were finished. They took the time to carefully test everything before leaving at the end of the day.

A great experience with the company and their technician Cody Bart. They have scheduled the technician to come over weekend that too on New year Jan 1st within 24 hours.Cody did the thorough inspection of the toilet blockage. Instead of upselling more expensive options like hydro jetting, tearing the floor etc he pulled out roots and found the source right on the flange and cut it out.I have shown it to multiple plumbers and they are all suggesting repairs and no one did an extra effort of removing the wax ring to look at the details of root encroachment..Cody is an exceptional professional who goes the extra mile to find the issue and fix it. He is also very professional and courteous. Thank you Cody and ARS/Rescue Rooters..

Chris is awesome. He really knows his stuff and is super helpful and efficient. I highly recommend him.

Brian is always super friendly and diligent about thoroughly checking out my heating and air conditioning unit, as well as suggesting maintenance that I can do myself to prolong the life of the unit. He is also happy to answer all my questions about heating and air conditioning and spends lots of time explaining the system to me.
