Jose was a life saver. Best Buy completely dropped the ball on a deliver and installation. I called Discount Plumbing San Diego in need of immediate help and they came without hesitation. Jose was completely devoted to helping me and was wonderful. We've had precious plumbers for other issues in the past but none anywhere as knowledgeable as Jose. He is my go to guy from now on. He found the source to an issue that at least 4 other plumbers from 4 different companies couldn't detect. Pablo came out today and fixed up a water valve behind the fridge. I live in a high-rise in down town and he was able to work with the on-site tech and finish the job in 30 minutes. He was well prepared for the job and we had no leaks during the process. He also tested it before you left to make sure there were no leaks. Thank you Fox!

Absolutely AMAZING ?

The professionals at Rooter Solutions were consistently on time, respectful, clean, good communicators,and tireless in their efforts to replace our pipes. It was a rather large job, consisting of digging under our house, replacing a line of pipes, removing and replacing one of our toilets, and much more! We are more than confident that Rooter Solutions has added longevity to the inner workings of our property!

My Technian arrived on time, and introduced himself as Aaron. I explained my problem, Aaron asked some questions, and looked over my system. He then explained what the issue was and what was needed to repair it. He then explained how my poorly functioning water softener was impacting the pipes in my home. He gave me a lot of information to help me make some decisions on what to do. Over all, I was very pleased with his service!

We had a wonderful experience with Morey. After our AC unit went out, we called around to a few companies. All of the other gave us a two week wait time. Morey was able to get us in the next day.Our provider, Brian Beckham, was fantastic. He was able to diagnose our issue, find the part that was damaged, apply our warranty, and fix it all within an hour. We really appreciated his authenticity and patience as he explained to us the issue. We will definitely be using these guys for future issues!
