Robert and mike worked tirelessly and professionally replacing old horizontal cast iron Pipes, clogged and sludged beyond repair. Not only did they replace the faulty plumbing, they modified improvements to ensure ease of maintenance and reduced chance of future problems. And all this done to pipes spanning a 3 story townhouse - not an easy job, although they made it look so. I highly recommend master plumber Robert, Mike, and PAWS plumbing for the tough jobs.

I was so frustrated with our outcome but Brett put our minds at ease and reassured us we were doing the correct procedure. We were so happy with his and his teams work, we couldn't possibly appreciate them more. They were responsive and easy to talk too. And dumbed down questions for even me to understand while my husband was at work.

Over the phone, Anthony gave me clear information about what he’d do to retrieve it, how much he would charge, and when he’d be able to get to my (in laws) house.Anthony arrived promptly and was able to retrieve the ring! My toilet was running. The plumber came by, diagnosed the needed part, and came back to replace it. Unfortunately, the new part didn’t fix the issue, so I called back within 30 minutes of the plumber leaving. He came back immediately, re-diagnosed the problem, and replaced another part, and the toilet was fixed. He was extremely nice and diligent. I was really impressed with his professionalism and the overall customer service of the company. I would highly recommend their services!

I requested an appointment to service my Kitchen Drain and was said to that it will be serviced the day of. Received a call saying they had to reschedule to 2 days later. Accepted the new appointment which was to be between 10am-2pm - Service employee called to say they will arrive at 2pm but never did. Waited 2 hours with no response. I am 100% disappointed with this service and if you're looking for a guaranteed better experience with your plumbing needs, I would suggest not utilizing this organization as they will leave you hanging with no response or follow up.
