Had a main line back up in my house I just bought, my home warranty company suggested another plumber which had terrible reviews and didn't call me to schedule so I hired Bill Howe instead. Tony came out and quickly removed the clog and recorded all my lines with the sewer cam. The company my insurance chose didn't even call until 4pm that day, almost 24 hours after I called them and an hour after Tony had solved the problem. Sometimes it's better to pay out of pocket to just get it done right by a company that actually cares about their reputation for good service than wait for the insurance low bidder. Tony was on time, courteous, and professional.UPDATE April 2020: Trevor just did an excellent job fixing my supply line leaking under a driveway slab.

Manny was very professional and very honest about the costs involved. He seemed to do a great job replacing a leaking pipe, and hopefully the problem has been resolved.

If there were more starts I'd use them! Any 'out of town landlords with flaky tenants? That is what Eric & his team had to deal with for me.. and they did it with an abundance of patience and professionalism. It is hard not being at the site when work has to be done - - but it went great and I will continue to use Community Plumbing for their services .. as well as their vast network of professional referrals too. All American Plumbing was recommended to me by a neighbor and it will definitely be my go-to plumbing service. I had a leaking toilet repaired and an outdoor hose bib replaced. From the initial phone call to the finished job I experienced courtesy, and fairness. They were at my door 25 mins from the time I called and they were careful to test and evaluate the problems. They finished promptly with quality work and it cost less than I thought it would. This is definitely a company who cares about having return customers. I've added them to my contacts!

I had a great experience with ACE contractors, specifically Juan Pelayo who was our field technician. I called because I needed a quick fix for one of my rentals and Juan responded, completed the work and had such good interaction with my tenants that they specifically called me to thank me. Then I asked Juan to come fix an issue at my home and he came up the same day, stayed late to make sure the job was done right, and was friendly and personable with my entire family. I can’t speak more highly of Juan, but now that I have Ace saved in my phone I can delete all the other plumbers in my contacts!

Wow! They answered their phone immediately, were at my house within 2 hours and the job was completed within 6 hours of my call. I only got a silly 10 year water heater. After listening to Josh explain my options, tankless wasn't what I needed. He didn't try to upsell. He just presented the facts. Jacob did a great job installing it and cleaning up after he was done. Apparently no job is too small for their undivided attention and expertise. Now I have peace of mind knowing it was done right AND my family can take a hot shower!!!
