I have worked with Jared on a few projects now. He has been very easy to work with, very responsive when trying to communicate, and he is always on time and gets the job done in the time frame he tells you. He replaced a electric tank water heater at a rental property and replaced our gas tank water heater with a tankless gas. So, he has shown that his versatility and that he can handle any job. Over many years, Jared Butler has provided extensive plumbing and contractor services for my home with expert attention and craftsmanship.My older home presents unique challenges at every turn. Often times, the solution to a particular issue requires careful thought as to the best course and unexpected issues arise.Jared has tackled every single challenge and has done some of the most amazing work. From completely designing and the plumbing of an add on space, to building custom fence work, to framing a custom concrete foundation ledge.No project has stumped him. I am thankful to have Jared work on everything and anything that comes up with my home.

On Christmas Eve I could hear a weird hissing noise in my laundry room. I called Jared and he was able to come out right away was able to determine a leak in one of my hot water pipes under the laundry room floor. He took care of everything for us promptly the day after Christmas, cutting the floor, fixing the pipe, replacing our water heater and making sure to recommend best courses of action. I’ve worked with him many times on multiple different jobs for me and he is always courteous, replies promptly, is on time and does a great job.

I've been extremely happy with all of the work Jared has done on my property in North Park. He communicates the scope of work very well and has a strong knowledge of the process, pieces and parts involved in the work.Pipe and Plumb started and finished the job as promised and was a good value.

Jared Butler first worked on a bathroom remodel at our La Jolla home 10/18 installing a new toilet and replacing shower fixtures. He was able to locate an unusual sized fixture that installed easily without having to tear into the tile and wall. In the summer 2019, he worked on a major kitchen/bath remodel on a rental house in Clairemont. In the process, he discovered the old galvanized pipes were rotten and ended up replacing all the plumbing. He handled this unexpected event in a professional, efficient and fair manner. In addition, he installed many fixtures, garbage disposer, water filter, washer/dryer and tankless water heater on the outside wall freeing up needed inside storage space. Another challenge of this Clairemont project was the fact that we were out of town for most of the project. Jared kept good communication with us, accommodated our situation smoothly, and our absence was not a problem. I highly recommend Jared for any of your plumbing needs and look forward to working with him again soon on another upcoming project.
