Core plumbing was friendly, but unfortunately, they couldn’t handle appointment fulfillment ( they made an appointment and then cancelled at the last minute). Based on this alone, I give them 3 stars. I did give them an option to resolve the issue, so perhaps I will revise the review in the future.

First time using this company and highly recommend them. They were professional from the initial phone call all the way through to the service at my home. I was sent an estimate for further work right away and scheduled it. They came out to the house within a day and did an excellent job! So happy I chose this company.

Had a great experience today with My Plumber CA. Corey came by to replace a leaking cutoff valve for our irrigation system. While here he noted that the pressure regulator to the house was basically non-functional. He gave us a prompt quote for the required work which we double-checked with another 4+ star company. The work he did was above and beyond what we expected. High quality materials, excellent workmanship, and the scope of work was even more than I expected as he replaced an adjacent cutout valve all the intervening piping and a faucet all under the same quoted price. Honestly, the price seemed quite high to us initially and we thought to reduce our rating because of it, but it seems to be the going rate based on our second quote and Corey's workmanship and customer service was well deserving of a 5+ star rating. We're very pleased.

Courtesy Plumbing's customer service from phone call to resolving emergency plumbing issues has always been outstanding and costs are reasonable! They are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We've been using them for the last 6 years, from clogged sewage pipes, pressure regulator emergency replacement and now water heater replacement. Sammy came out for the last 2 problems, and worked professionally and efficiently! Thank you!

We had a nightmare situation with the plumbing at our place. Fox came out the same day and got started on it. It took a long time to get done, but to no fault of their own, it was just that bad. Each and every time they had to be here they operated with so much professionalism it was unreal. We were well informed every step of the way. Anthony, Juan, Issac, Jacob are top notch in my eyes. I highly recommend his company.

Plummer had trouble with his rotor rooter machine that could not be fixed on the job. He right away call his shop and had another machine brought out. Clear my drain. Shot a camera down the main drain. Show me what was causing the problem. All this for $58.00. Thank You Juan Bernal Grate Job! I would call them again and recomend you ask for Juan if you need a plumber.

Bryan and his team did an amazing jobs they were on time and super professional. It was a tricky work and they did it with precision. Would recommend and hire them again. The pricing was also very competitive compared to others.

I wish all businesses were like this. They managed to fit in same day service, showed up on time and prepared, fixed the problem, fixed the problem that *caused* the problem, explained it all, and charged a very fair price. Outstanding and worry free. They are my go to plumbing company.

there is minor leak in the bathroom sink due to sink lever plug wear-out.the toilet is not flushing well due to partial clogging and it needs to be cleaned use an auger. we need to replace an old-style toilet fill value kit with a new one. Today, 2 guys from all american plumbing came in and did a cost estimation. To clean the partially-clogged toilet pipe, he quoted $150 and additional $100 if the toilet need be moved. to replace the sink lever plug, he quoted $125. To replace the fill valve, he quoted $100. I was telling Sean, don't treat your customer like an ignorant,the quotes you give are ridiculously high and all american plumbing is ripping its customers off. I asked them to leave and did not use their service. I went to the home depot, and spent $7 to buy a new sink lever plug and come back to replace the wear-out one in 5 minutes, it saves me $118. I'll ask some other contractor to clean the toilet or buy a tool from home depot (about $40) to clean it myself. the tank fill valve is about $20 for a good brand, the replacement should be done in half hour for a profession guy, I don't know why I need to play $100.I'm so glad I did not use the service from all american plumbing which looks like pirates ripping people off. I had very bad experience. not sure why it deserve a 5-star review... highly recommend not to use this company for any service.

They were prompt in responding and the electrician came and was amazing and did a great job. The turnaround time was real good and the promptness as well as the pricing. I will use again with any electrical needs.

Hector came over and inspected my home pressure regulator. He tested and got a high number at around 110 psi.The plumber explained to me how high pressure can affect my whole plumbing system.We got that PRV replaced ASAP now the pressure to my home is at 65psi which is at a safe PSI. He is very knowledgeable and clean worker.

Jason was the primary installer on our system for Carini Air in July. We called in today with a problem and Jason was out to our home within 4 hours, quickly and efficiently resolved the problem. Jason has always been professional, responsible and reliable. I would recommend Carini Heating and Air for all you HVAC needs and Jason V as an excellent representative for the company.

Terrible, Horiffic Service. Do NOT use this company NO MATTER WHAT!!!! This company has caused so much unnecessary pain and anxiety in our family.We hired them because of a leak we noticed downstairs. For an entire YEAR, yes an entire year, their lack of communication and unresponsiveness has been appalling. Finally as the project came to an end, we finally enjoyed a mere few months of having our house back to ourselves...Imagine the shock and horror when we came downstairs and saw the same exact leak as before. More than half of the visits made are uncoordinated and a waste of time, as the work that is necessary requires multiple steps ahead of time and nobody seems to care.They might have a licensed contractor on staff but they clearly do not have their hand on any part of this business. They designed the shower so that the sloping retained water instead of proper sloping towards the drain (amateur hour) They destroyed the slab for the threshold which was very expensive, and they did not hot mop underneath the threshold which they claim is the cause of the second leak. I have been in the construction industry for 20 years and have never seen such blatant disregard. We still have not been given a SOW or a timeline and we are over a year into this process.FREE would be to expensive for what this company will do to try and destroy your lives, with their slow Chinese Torture approach to plumbing and communication.

Such a great experience with this company. The water heater was broken and they worked so hard to make sure me and family wont survive with cold water which was nice and thoughtful and rare!I thank you all for being very nice and good in what you do!
