It would be 5 stars, but there was some scheduling issues in the beginning. Once started the guys worked very hard on a project that should have been much simpler, but due to the building standards of a 1950's house which must have required surviving a direct hit from a soviet nuke, it needled more cutting and demo than anticpated. They were very concerned with maintaining as much or the original tike and flooring to make sure we didn't have to replace too much. I was also very fortunate to be able to leave them unattended and work during the 3 days, the company as far as I'm concerned is trustworthy and Chris, Francisco, Herman, and Jose are too. The project took 3 days as planned, they worked the hours needed to complete the job on time!

We had a clog that backed up the kitchen sink. Elite Plumbing was easy to get a hold of and schedule a 2-hour time block the same morning of calling. Robert was not only on time, he called me well in advance to inform me that he was on his way. He was extremely professional in his demeanor and knowledge of the issue at hand. He was in and out in less than an hour, and offered wonderful advice to prevent issues like this from happening again in the near future. All of this for $79. Wonderful deal.

I Wanted to make sure that the appropriate amount of respect is handed off to Bill Howe‘s technician Scott Bonilla. After this technician excavated our building sewer line and removed all cables that were balled up in our sewer line, he scheduled his concrete guy to finish our back parking spaces cleanly around the new sewer cleanouts that he installed. And he also worked with the city to get it an emergency excavation on their end so that we would have clean sewer line all the way to the City Sewer. He carefully jackhammered inside the unit closest to the last bit of stuck cable around a toilet bend and closet flange and repaired at all. Insured plastic was set up around to contain dust and debris, he worked cleanly, and efficiently. He was on time and communicated well he is a huge asset to this company. Thank you Scott Bonilla!

I heard noises in the water line and contacted Paws to check for leaks. Greg arrived promptly at the scheduled time and conducted an inspection. He did not find any leaks and gave possible reasons for the noises. I was not charged for the inspection. Greg was very honest and professional, and left me with recommendations for updates to the plumbing to consider in the future. I was relieved to learn that there was no plumbing emergency, and pleased to discover an honest and professional plumbing company. I would highly recommend Paws to others.

Calvin came to my house and fixed a plumbing leak caused by a toilet that had been installed incorrectly he saved me money by doing all the repair work from the room below without having to break apart tile in the bathroom. he was courteous friendly paid attention to detail and did an excellent job I would hire him again.

Raul was extremely nice and fast! I'd suggest requesting him if you can! He was very personable and stayed true to his word!

We have used Emory before after our previous plumbing company just started not responding and not showing up. They were very responsive from the get-go. On this go-around, we needed our tankless water heater serviced. The plumber was extremely friendly, got the job done and explained the process and results to my wife thoroughly. She actually commented that she's never had such a good experience with a plumber. We will continue to use Emory for our plumbing needs.

Scott A. was absolutely knowledgeable and professional. He went above and beyond by not only fixing our toilet, but by giving me many tips for preventing the problem from occurring again in the future (along with much more helpful information surrounding the issue). Scott explained things in a way that I could understand. Additionally, it was evident that Scott was honest with me every step of the way. Colepepper will continue to be my go-to plumbing company when I am in need of help!

Just bought a house and noticed water leaks. Caesar came out and started to see what was going on. This company served me on a Sunday with no up charge. It is a family owned business. The tech fixed the problem and even did further prevention methods for an extra few bucks. Caesar even walked through the house and I showed him my other concerns and he showed me what things I can do myself and what I shouldn’t. Caesar even put new threaded valves on my leaks so I can change them myself in the future. He even offered to hang my tv for a few bucks!!! Haha. Great service, very personable, and you pay per job rather than the hour. I’d use again 10/10

My husband is a committed DYI perfectionist but replacing our tankless water was a more complicated job than I wanted to take on. I recommend Point Loma Electric for installing attic fans. Their work is quick and thorough. When they give a time frame they stick to it. The installers work clean and make sure they leave the home the way they found it. The know what they are doing.

The job was done quickly and efficiently and he even helped us through the process of making the insurance claim. Today Byron came out again, this time for a disaster due to our daughter dropping and flushing a toothbrush down the toilet. Once again quick and efficient service at a very fair price! Worst service and really bad attitude from the guy came over to my house. This company is usually recommended by the insurance. I warn do not hire this people for any job. They gave wrong assessment for the leak in my house. When spoke to manager they don’t care.
