Saturday - Just as the tempurature soared to 85 degrees and we are required to shelter-in-place because we are over 65, the air conditioner shut down. I called Morey 7:30am Sunday to get someone out. Ken was very booked, but promised possibly Monday, he could get out. I reminded him that we are effectively locked in a very hot house, and the temp was already 80 degrees inside. He said he would see what he could do and hewas aboe to find a volunteer to work extra time to come and fix the problem. We were cool with-in hours. Thanks again Morey.

He was able to repair my tank water heater without having to replace the unit. This time around I worked with Greg and Erik for looking at a leak on my tankless water heater. They took an urgent call on the weekend and was able to do a replacement a few hours after the consultation.

NON-EXISTENT SERVICEI called Legacy to have a window unit a/c either repaired or replaced (including installation).I was told that they would look at the unit and give me an estimate on a new one. I set up an appointment with the understanding I would be given a half hour's notice before their arrival. The two-hour window for the appointment came and went with no call from Legacy. I called the dispatcher (Leon?) who said his technicians were behind that day and I would be given the next two-hour window on that same day. That window came and went with no one showing up. The next day at 5PM, I finally called Legacy to see what had gone wrong. The dispatcher said, no one wanted to do the job........I didn't know employees can pick and choose which jobs they do.........I told the dispatcher that I should have been informed of that the day before. His response was, Sorry about that.Legacy is a very poorly run company. I am looking elsewhere for my a/c-heating needs...

Shined a light under the sink, told me my garbage disposal needed to be replaced. Charged me 79 dollars just to shine a light under my sink for 5 mins. Total rip off. Stay away.

Starting with Jared who did our consulting/ trouble shooting our AC issues.He was very knowledgeable and we felt he is honest and sincere.During this pandemic and currently we are furloughed from our career jobs Jared helped us with financing options that worked for our current unstable financial situation.Of course when your out of work replacing an AC unit is the last expense on your priority list.......however it is a must living in La Mesa.You have a great associate with Jared!!!
