Professional and punctual describes the young man who arrived at my home to correct an underground leak at my front yard area.More digging, as well as, some concrete removal was required before the water leak could be found and corrected.Jacob did not hesitate to take on the physical work that was required, and after locating the problem, made short work of it.His plumbing experience was impressive for such a young man.

Called yesterday around 7PM since there are MANY great reviews. A women answered the phone and I asked for assistance for our kitchen sink that's clogged. The typical drain-o/hot water trick did not work. She asked me where I was located and if we wanted someone to come out that day or the next. I told her tonight and she said ok, let me confirm your phone number and I'll call you back in 5 minutes. I wasn't going to hold her to that time frame but a call back within the hour would have been nice. We are now a full day after and never recieved a call back. I'll give my money to a company that wants it. Bye!

In the past, great customer service..but making an appointment on line does no good! They called to confirm, they let a message, when I got home at 5:20 and returned their call, answering service answered and I told them I was confirming my appointment for Monday morning. They said they would relay the message. No one came on Monday, when I called they said they didn't have me down on their schedule because they personally hadn't confirmed with me and the online appointment was just a temp appointment! So now I have to wait a week before someone can come out. What is the purpose of online booking and having an answering service? !! HOWEVER CUSTOMER SERVICE JUST CALLED AND IS TAKING CARE OF IT..THANKS..AGAIN GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE...

Great experience! When I called at 8pm to have my water heater looked at-quit working- Gregg, who was assigned to come look at it at 0900 this morning-was on time. He was very courteous and professional.Love that you get a bio before the technician arrives. He is a fellow New Englander and loves dogs.Levi, the technician who did the install, was also very pleasant and professional. When he finished the installation he went over the important features of the new water heater. He was also kind enough to replace the dryer vent hose when I asked him because the old one was needing replaced.The whole experience was pleasant and stress free!❤️??

They came to unclog the lines at my other home in encanto awhile back. Mike, Michael Reyes stuck his power washer into the line which then got stuck.. he said the only way to take it out would be for me to hire some one to dig and cut open the line then threatened to charge us extra for every hour his power washer was stuck like it was our fault. Neighbors ended up pulling the power washer out with teamwork.. but not before Mike threatened us with having to buy him a new washer if we damaged it. After we finally got it out Mike said we would have to hire a better company with better tools to fix the problem but even though he couldn't complete the job we have to pay him in full. So finally we sent him on his way.. there was just one problem the probably about 20-50 gallons he pulled from my hose, into the power washer reservoir. Michael Reyes's vehicle lacked the ability to pull the weight uphill.. and began turning tires... Michael Reyes not confident in his ability to back out down the hill to the other exit continued to attempt the hill climb losing control and smashing into my fence. After a tense conversation Reyes promised me to my face he would return the next day to fix my fence we closed with a handshake.. My neighbor fixed it a week later. New post and 2 by 4s had to be purchased because Mike decide he was going to put a saw to my fence to free himself. Called office and the lady sitting in the passenger seat of Reyes vehicle answered so I must assume he's the boss.. which warrants a good laugh.

We needed a replacement heating unit for a townhome in Bonita. Tarpy was quick with an evaluation and quickly got a crew out. The crew was a few minutes ahead of time (much better than waiting for them) and we were notified when they left their office. The gentlemen were very courteous and also Spanish speaking (the occupants are Spanish speaking) and worked quickly, efficiently, and very clean. The cost was exactly as quoted, even with some extra work needed (great price).We would HIGHLY recommend Tarpy for any work needed!
