Selected this business at random from the many internet plumbing/drain fixing websites. Virtually all of them used the same template for information and setting appointments. This was the first company that responded to my inquiry at 10:30pm for my drain to be fixed the next day. I had an appointment booked within a few minutes and followed up by an acknowledgment from them. Two men worked here for about two hours very professionally. The price was very fair. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.------------

Kenny arrived within the quoted time frame, completed a thorough inspection of all the drains even though we only had an issue with the tub. He checked all the lines feeding the main and explained areas of concern with photographs to really help me understand.He completed the work, cleaned up after himself and offered his personal cell for any questions/concerns thereafter. Super friendly, professional and trustworthy. Will call on Kenny for any future plumbing needs.

I cannot think of any company who has provided me with better all-around service than what Mr. Rooter and its representatives recently provided me.We were having a significant sewage back-up at our home. Based on an acquaintance recommendation, I had a company respond to assess the situation. That company identified the issue, provided two options and a quote for each. With my limited knowledge of the problem, and the amount of money to complete the repairs, I chose to get a second opinion.By chance, I saw San Diego 10 News does a short segment called Approved Home Pros, where they profiled Mr. Rooter for plumbing needs. I called Mr.Rooter to ask about their services. The phone representative was extremely friendly and informative, and offered to have one of their professionals respond to my home as soon as that same afternoon.I actually met with the technician, Luis Contreras, the following morning. He arrived and after his quick assessment, requested a supervisor with a camera. Javier (unknown last name) arrived within minutes and after a short evaluation, he confirmed the same problem that the previous company had reported. The solution he suggested was actually a more thorough fix to the problem, and what surprised me most, was the cost of the repairs was significantly less than what I had been previously quoted by the first company. When I accepted Javier's service offer, I expected that he would tell me a crew would be out within the next day or two to begin the work. To my surprise, Luis immediately grabbed a shovel and began working on the repair.Over the next couple days, Luis and his work partner, Angel Rojas, worked diligently on the repairs. My experience with prior work crews was that there seemed to be alot of down time, and little interaction. Luis and Angel not only worked tirelessly each day, but took time to explain what they were doing and they were both incredibly friendly.The repair required significant digging across the front of yard of our house. I was amazed when I came home after they finished, to find that there was virtually no sign that they had even been there. The lawn was replaced with no signs of digging, and the entire work site had been cleaned, swept and void of any marks or debris.I could not be happier with the response and the work that the team from Mr. Rooter provided us. But, for me personally, the positive attitude and the friendly, personable approach that I received from every member of the Mr. Rooter team is what I will remember most. Jacob and his partner were pleasant, efficient, and skilled. We had a gas leak related to our fireplace. Actually, as it turned out, multiple leaks. They fixed them, and now we are enjoying a cozy fire. And the price seemed fair.

Dissatisfied with service technicians job performance. Didn't finish job.
Cleanup was minimal. Did not reconnect appliance. Left cover off water meter on sidewalk. Didn't answer my concern about why water pressure dropped after work was done on pipes.

Great service and was on time. I would definitely recommend this San Diego Plumber. I called late on a weekend expecting to not find any help. For my running shower valve. But I had the Best San Diego Plumbers respond promptly and my water turned back on. #SanDiegoPlumber, #SanDiegoPlumbers.

Jonathan scoped out the water locations,: checked for mold, opened area for dry out, installed equipment for dryout, subbed the asbestos testing and drywall removal, returned to check for dryout and remove any laminant and equipment. He was professional, on time, well informed, pleasant, easy to talk to, and trustworthy -- a bright spot amid a difficult experience!

The plumbers were friendly, courteous and did amazing work in a timely manner. They are priced fairly for the quality. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Exodus replaced two shut off valves in our laundry room. It required water shut off to our building so there was a two-hour window for the work. Not a problem for these guys! They do great work at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

If you are looking for a competent, honest plumber then you need to call Steve Fox, his crew is well trained and gives great customer service and they do not try and sell you a bunch of stuff you do not need

Kitchen drain unclog.

First of all, Leo came straight here right after another job. Which meant he finished that job early & came straight here early & began his work quickly! I truly appreciate people who take there job seriously. I prefer them to be early, rather than late. He was able to figure out the problem right away & took care of it as soon as I returned from picking up a piece. Very kind & polite. Great job replacing the pipe to our wash machine.

The installation service requested was done in an efficient and professional manner. The coordination between the front office and the field technicians cost them a star. I informed the front office of additional work and expected an estimate and information transfer to the field technician. The transfer did not occur but they were able to accomplish the additional work at the same visit.

Great! They've arrived earlier than expected, which was great! Hate waiting all morning for someone who was supposed to be on the job at a specific time, but shows up an hour late.They were prompt, courteous, professional, and very fast.

Peter & Sergio were quick to clear the excessive rain water from our parking lot. Our drainage system was clogged and they cleared up in a very short time THANK YOU!
