This company was fast and easy to work with, I had a plumber out within the hour of my phone call to come out and unclog my bathtub drain. My drain would drain very slowly and it would have standing water while showering, GROSS! I had a coupon from the phone book and they honored it. My bathtub drain is draining perfectly and I am more than happy with the service. I would definitely recommend using discount plumbing to anyone in need of a plumbing Services.

Die to a recent surgery I am limited to my downstairs powder room. It clogged up and I was n a panic! powers sent out someone the same day and found xed the issue! Lifesavers!!!!

Paws Plumbing provided amazing service, Keith was fantastic. He communicated clearly, made recommendations, went out of his way to find a part for me. He was on time, professional and knows what he’s doing. When I called in to schedule, Will was professional and friendly as well. It was easy to schedule and get an appointment and their text communication of arrivals and departures is awesome! My part came in a day early and they were able to come out the next day and install it even though I had an appointment scheduled for next week. Above and beyond, Highly recommend!!

I’m in the process of purchasing a home and requested Emory’s Plumbing & Camera inspection in order to get a better idea of the state of the plumbing of the home I’m buying. However, I was not present at either inspection because I was on the East Coast for work.Emory Plumbing did what was expected of them; hence, me giving Emory three stars. They conducted an inspection and provided results. However, the manner in which this was conducted and the quality of the report left more to be desired. The visual inspection was completed without any issues. But when it came to the camera inspection, the technician could not complete it because there was no clean out. So, the technician had to come back another day to complete it. Therefore taking more time out of our day. I wonder if this could have been avoided if there were more detailed questions asked of me when I made the appointment and issues like this were anticipated by technicians. Additionally, Emory gives their clients time windows (standard, of course), but having to make another appointment for a house I don’t own was an inconvenience to many more people than just my real estate agent.Considering that I could not be present for these appointment, it would have been helpful to get a quick phone call from the technician to give me a summary of the state of the plumbing. I did not need a full list but a courtesy call would have been helpful to assuage my concerns about the plumbing of the home I am about to buy. Instead, I had to call multiple times and when told that I would receive a call back, I heard nothing from Emory. When I did speak to someone, it was not even a technician. However, she did have a good grasp of the issues but could not speak to the specific detail of the home’s plumbing. Her customer service the best out of the all the people I dealt with, but it did not come without a bit of prompting on my end.I received the report 48 hours after the inspection. The report consisted of 1 page just stating the issue and a repair cost estimate. There were no pictures, no detail about the proposed repair for items that were more technical in nature, no explanation of the repair cost estimate nor did they include labor in their estimate. In sum, a substandard product.I would like to give Emory Plumbing the benefit of the doubt. Perhaps had I been present for the inspections, I would have had a better experience. But when I explained my situation, they did little to address my needs. It does not take much effort to return calls nor to provide a bit more detail in a report. I would recommend that Emory review their inspections reports to provide more detail and be more transparent in their repair estimates and to include an estimate on labor costs. Additionally, I would recommend that Emory improve their customer service procedures to include a follow up with their clients.

Very professional and respectful to our home. Their team wears shoe covers to ensure no mess for your floors. Very friendly and punctual. They give realistic time frames for arrival and work very quickly. They even noticed a small problem with our toilet and fixed it free of charge before cleaning up their work area. Highly recommend!

We had a nightmare situation with the plumbing at our place. Fox came out the same day and got started on it. It took a long time to get done, but to no fault of their own, it was just that bad. Each and every time they had to be here they operated with so much professionalism it was unreal. We were well informed every step of the way. Anthony, Juan, Issac, Jacob are top notch in my eyes. I highly recommend his company.

I've used Easy Flow Sewer & Drain for a number of years and every time they have been there promptly to help with my plumbing needs. From fixing a clogged drain to installing new pipes, these guys have never let me down. They are the best sewer repair service out there!

Get Rooter & Plumbing was all around great to work with!!! To top it off they were the 3rd plumber I contacted to fix a broken pipe, and was half the price of the 1st plumber that gave me an estimate just from me sending a picture via text message. The 2nd plumber wanted to open the wall instead of crawling under my house to fix the pipe, and when I said no just to use the crawl space he added $300 to the estimate. Get Rooter & Plumbing asked to crawl under the house to give me a proper estimate with no extra charge, or even knowing I was going to go with them at all. Best of all it was after work when I discovered the leak and they fix the pipe that night with a very positive attitude about everything. Great price and great service!!!

Overall, very professional staff. Jessica, the dispatcher, kept me informed throughtout the day so that I new the status of my electrician and his expected time of arrival. She was courteous and professional. Javier, the technician, quickly assessed the situation for changing the wiring in my garage to accomodate relocation of my electrical dryer. He provided a prompt quote outlining the work he would perform. The quote was on the high-end of what I expected, but reasonable. He was able to complete the job in about an hour. He then showed me the volt and amp readings at the outlet and at the panel. All in all, a good experience. I would recommend this company based on my experience.

Pin hole pipe leak in a water supply line that is my responsibility according to the HOA. He arrived on time, very professional. He was very happy to explain what he was doing. Made some other preventative recommendations as well which made a lot of sense to help prevent issues in the future.He has doe other work for me in another home and have never had any issues with any of his work.I plan to use him for any of my future plumbing work.
